This is the first time we've been to Bangkok, the location of your hotel is very ideal, centrally located near the shopping mall area, so that we can go shopping in convenience. we took our kid with us, he likes swimming very much, and your hotel features an infinitive edge swimming pool, we went swimming at the late afternoon every day during our 3 days stay at your hotel, he had good fun with him, so did I. The staff of your hotel is always friendly and helpful, we were impressed by your staf.
all reviews » The driver from the BKK airport found the hotel very quickly, so it took us about 30 minutes to get there. Check in on the 17th floor also was very quick (as well as check-out three days later). Room was spacious, with TV in every room, Apple TV, and various other gadgets, but without a Thai charm of other hotels. Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable, we even managed to watch an online film in our native language, as there was no Russian language TV channel in the list of hotel TV channels. Break. We enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer especially the technology the hotel had to offer.We had a two bedroom suite for my two daughters and myself ages ranging for 47-76. The hotel was quiet and it only cost 50 baht to get to the shopping centres. The sky train is only a few moments walk from the hotel. We had an early flight and the hotel made us up a breakfast basket to take with us to the airport. The Sky Lounge is also welcoming at the hotel and you can go in there at any time and th. If we ever go back or need to recommend, this is the only place we'll think of! We stayed in a family suite with 2 bedrooms/2 baths & a large den with a dining table. Lovely views, fantastic breakfast, beautiful pool, super friendly staff all speaking good English! We absolutely loved staying here & could get spoiled very quickly! As far as location goes, with no traffic it was 20 minutes from BKK, sites might be a bit further, but we used Tong tours for all our tours in the area, s. We loved the service, the front desk staff welcomed us with smiles and welcome drinks! We loved the regal suite room which our two young children enjoyed tremendously! They did not even want to leave the room during the day! The breakfast buffet was excellent - different menus daily and the food was excellent! The gym was very nice too and clean. The concierge were also very helpful wbout transportation needs, directions and friendly! Since our departure flight we early, they even prepare. I wanted to express my appreciation for the superior service I received during my stay at the Sivatel BKK. In particular my the check in ( hopefully You can track the gentleman who helped me and who was most helpful and polite) was warm,smooth and very welcoming. Despite maybe being more towards a business than a family hotel,my 9- year old son was met with great kindness and respect.Needless to say he enjoyed all the MAC equipment found in the room.He also loved the hot cacao offered at the sk. I like almost everything about the hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. We were upgraded to Grand Regal Suite. The room is huge - especially the bathroom and the walkin closet. At the point of check-in, we sat on the sofa in the lobby and the staff came to help us - it was impressive. The pool on the 8th floor is great - we enjoyed swimming there. We also loved the buffet breakfast, which has a different menu every day. The food was lovely. We went to Bangkok to celebrate our wedd. Location is excellent and although we did not use the subway it is half a block only; room is very large and comfortable; wifi in the room works very well; staff very friendly and always willing to help; breakfast is very good: thay and western styles; my wife has ciliac decease and they offered gluten free bread every morning; also provided a breakfast box in the morning we left as it was very early; situated in the embassy roll and close to good shopping centers. Martha what a sweetie.The Jardin cafe serves wonderful fresh food and the waitress with whom I cannot remember her name was so sweet too Our suite was spectacular the views esp. at night were a once in a lifetime experience.Unfortunately the A/C in one room started to smell very bad which meant it had to be switched off which meant a a very hot night apart from this just superb Many Thanks!!!. We had lots of space in the room we had selected, in fact there were two rooms, a dressing room, a little kitchenette and large bathroom. It was the last 2 days if our honeymoon and we were welcomed by towel-swans (always wanted this!). Rooms finished to a very high standard. The standard room in Sivatel are about 3 times the size of the rabbit cages that are normally ''superior rooms'' in well known 5 star hotels. Close to the express way, skytrain and walking distance to good restaurants. Sivatel: A full ***** ++. This Is the best hotel ever stayed in Bangkok with regards to customer services. You feel you are the only guest. Every body try to serve you exceptionally. The facilities in the room is great and with much technology touch. It is very safe and close to Nana road as well as chidlom shopping centre. I would come back again if I found a good offer like this time. Great location, in a nice and not crowded street, but only 2 minutes walk from sky train and 2 stations from siam center. The room was big, with a super comfortable bed and a pillow menu. The location is perfect, in the middle of the downtown and opposite to the British Embassy. Very close to the sky walk and just about 10mins walk to the central world. The room is good and if you go with kid this hotel is a good choice. The suite was very nice, it had everything we needed and a bit more! The rooms were a bit worn down but nothing major and it didn't disturb our stay. All staff are very very friendly and helpful. Free wifi is working perfectly. Well situated near the metro, in good area of Bangkok, a bit far from all tourist monuments, but it depends on the purpose of your stay. Not that it was really a probelm for us, but it might be good for the hotel administration to consider accepting US dollars as a form of payment in the future for their rooms/services. They only accept the local currency baht or credit cards. The walkin closet was a bit smelly. Also, the hotel is not directly connected to the BTS station but it's within 2-min. walk from the bridge. So it's not a big problem. Not right in the heart of main shopping centers but its only 7-10 min walk. corridors wasnt air conditioned which is standard for 5star hotels but its not big issue. Lift and corridors too warm, either have no a/c or were out of order; to set up shower water temperature is almost a rocket science; carefull with taxis they arrange as twice we got the same taxi with driver with no english capability and smeling cigarrete... The first time around we asked driver to return to the hotel as it was a long itinerary; second time we let it go as we were going to the airport and we did not want to waste time. Perhaps a little far from the main tourist attractions in Bangkok. Absolutely nothing. No major comment. Not a fault of the hotel (and they do even apologise for it) but there is building development on 2 sides of the hotel. Slightly ruins the view but the noise is very minimal. Although it was within 3 mins walking distance of a skytrain station, the surrounding was too quiet for me. I would rather stay somewhere where there is good food and massage directly downstairs. The airconditioner, which you really need, is just so noisy. Also, it is difficult to set to your desired temperature. We haven't got anything negative to say about this hotel. Not a thing!. There's a space behind the pillars between the rooms so the different rooms communicate! You can hear what's happening next door!. The quality of food on the Porch restaurant was poor, breakfast good!. Rooms showing some signs of deterioration, some wall damage. This should not be the case in a hotel of this status. Cleaning not 100% on arrival and during stay. However matters were remediated without delay. No iron in the room. The water temperature in bath room is really hard to control, you need to always adjust the temperature while shower.... If I really had to find a criticism, I would say that they need nicer bread and sweet options for breakfast. Nothing . The entrance is shared with office space so when you arrive it seems unimpressive. But actually it's a great hotel. Not to stay longer. A little bit of construction work nearby but that's should be expected being in a city. The lobby is always hot. No a/C. Tv channels are very less.. The location is ok since the metro station is about 5 minutes walking. The only comment is linked to the small Cafe Jardin onsite restaurant. But the food quality, price and service was very good. The vanity table and also walk in wardrobe are badly scratch! I don't like the water pressure coz it's so weak. Not many Taxi drivers know the hotel. Not in walking distance from the city's center or main places, but anyway everything is 10-15 minutes drive in a taxi or Tuk Tuk. loved the whole thing. Far away from main temples. The hotel is placed in uninteresting surroundings in business area. the air-condition in my bedroom doesn't work properly. even I adjust to a lower temperature but still feeling very warm. need to use a towel as the quilt so that I won't feel so hot. We requested to change room on arrival as the 1st room given was directly facing the windows of an adjacent building. Despite granting our request, the staff processed our change was apparently not happy with the extra work and gave me and my wife "black face". I would have expected better with all the good reviews of the hotel. Construction site front/across the street = noisy! (Jack-hammers from 8am till 6pm starts to bother even if Bangkok is noisy no matter what!) At the back of the hotel the next high-rise is being built, still at ground level but for the next 2 years till end 2015 definitely yet another head-ache maker...
