Been to bangkok a few times but its y first time in this hotel...xcellent service from staffs.. Breakfast was good...served different dishes each day.. The room was superb n cleanliness was excellent! Wished i could stay longer here and will definitely return here again..Reli loved this hotel cum apartment...dun need tink twice people...just go and book your stay here... Exclusive, spacious and comfortable. Beside all of the furnishings described on letsbookhotel.com we found also iron and ironing desk. Additionally dryer was added when service spotted that we dry clothes on the balcony. Great air conditioning. The only of four Thai's hotels we were in that it worked exactly as expected. TukTuk service to the nearest bts.

Thankful for the tuk- tuk service to Sum. We stayed in the one bedroom premiere suite. The suite was was spacious and extremely clean. Bedroom and bathroom both immaculate. The staff were very accommodating, even providing us with a clothes horse as we did some washing.The pool was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will return next time we are in Bangkok. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and got upgraded to the deluxe room. Spacious and definitely new room. the bed is super comfortable. got to use the washing machine and microwave and things work well. Walking distance to BTS station takes around 7 mins when free tuk tuk is not available sometimes. The hotel provide a very convenient way of approaching to the bts which is 5 minutes walk from hotel by fetching their customer by Tuk- tuk to the bts. Not only they bring the customers from the hotel to bts, by giving them a call, they will fetch you at the bts to the hotel as well !!. Overall of the stay was pleasant. The staff was helpful. The room were clean and comfortable. They have massage service where it is done in the room. The price was reasonable. I pay 400baht for 60min session. They response fast to my request when the shower does not have hot water. I hope everything can be remained or improved. I really wish that Arcadia can always have good maintenance in the future, i will really choose Arcadia as my first option when I visit Bangkok again, *if the maintenance is good and still comfortable. :). The hotel was great value for money. The staff was always helpful whenever I needed anything extra. The hotel tuk-tuk was always available whenever we needed it to take us to the skytrain. Good house keeping, attentive staff, good internet connection....wish they put in a newspaper too daily. -Staff were very polite and nice -Location is a bit far from Nana road and Bumrungrad hospital (takes 15 mins walk), but they have a free tuk tuk to take you half way there. we stay for 2 night in deluxe bedroom very good room and clean, very nice staff and helpfull, breakfast good but not so much variaty. Not a huge deal but an extra 5-10minutes walk from bts with shopping bags. Could not get the sauna to work. Toilet ventilation is not very good and some smell occurs in the next day. The amenities are not supplied daily. Many taxi drivers do not know this hotel as it is really new. Be ready with a large map on hand. The service of bring customer to the bts is close too early, 7:00 P.m is definately too early for tourist to go back to hotel !. The hot water in the shower. The temperature of the hot water was terrible. Is either too hot or too cold. I had to keep adjusting the water while I am have my shower. Taxis don't really know how to find this hotel is so print out a map from mapquest and carry it with you. the breakfast with little choices. Breakfast was poor, not well laid and most importantly, not well serviced. Not too well connected with metro train services but the tuk tuk ferry was welcome support...wish it went beyond the 10.30pm deadline. -It's hard to find taxi or tuk tuk in front of the hotel - Due to distance, I don't recommend it for Bumrungrad hospital visitors. The smell of the room/ wood? Not sure which but sometimes we smell a damp unpleasant smell which might came out from the wood. The limited selection of breakfast menu. Near highway view is no good. Breakfast spread was too modest. Hotel quoted Bahts 1800 for airport pickup. Metered taxi costs less than 25%. We negotiated and paid Bahts 500 for a taxi. The shower has a problem to control the water temperature, the lights in the bathroom don't have a correct position. Sewage smell and cigarette mixes with air conditions flow which realy bad.far away from the main road. Before we arrive i send e-mail too Arcadia with early chek in request.I got answer that's no problem.When we arrive suddenly it turned out that we must pay extra for that. There was no mention of it in the mail which I got before arrival. For that - BIG minus too Arcadia from me! Second thing is that my english is not realy good but lady in reception(one from day shift) should take some extra lesons. Location need tUK tUK to pick up or send to main road. monotonous breakfast, location (hard to get back in the evening - only taxi/tuk-tuk). view from room noise of motorway. Room service should be available till mid night. Tuk Tuk service may also available till Mid night. Rooms should have proper space to keep luggage. Far from the main road. All staff require additional training throughout, including english. When checking in the Tuk-Tuk driver was sat with the receptionist and didn't move throughout the procedure, a bad impression. Milk shakes ordered at the bar for my grandchildren and they received ice-cream. Poor buffet breakfast, very little choice. The shower either too hot and too cold and the hotel can not fix it. I left the hotel with a cold. Average breakfast. Charged for ice. Charged for detergent. Door men never got us metered taxi. woman's hair on the bathroom floor - leaking water in bathroom. Location is not convenience if you don't have car, a long walk from BTS. Shuttle bus is available only in limited time. The water if hot it will be hot to much and when open just 2 or 3 min is cool again . House keeping cleaning room not realy Good to much in the room just have 1 bathmat only how. I have ever been in this hotel twice. The staff at reception is terrible, unfriendly and impolite. It is really rare in bkk. Very bad location. Very far from main streetand very dark way and road to the hotel. Difical for taxi to know and reach the hotel. No taxi, you need to wait around 20 mints to get taxi and should hotel staff arrange. I dont like the location at all. I will never stay there again. I booked for 5 nights, but stayed 1 night and checked out next day. The resption hotel staff very rude. Service is bad. staff is not very helpful. staff un cooperative and try to use geust urgency or needs by asking unreasonable price for taxi and late check-out.
