Rooms are very comfortable with a massive bed and nice little touches like free bottles of water, slippers and a turndown service. The pool is very clean and a good depth with plenty of free sunloungers and towels when we were there. We didn't have breakfast or use the lounge so can't comment there. The nearby currency exchange (turn left out if the hotel) has great rates. Turning right takes you to a pleasant park although the short walk has some slightly unfragrant parts but it's perfectly sa.

I left the aircon all all day,while in the city, and the cigarettes smell kinda dissapeared or wasn't bothering anymore. 1) breakfast (promotion 350B per person) is still a bit expensive if considering the variety of food. 2) Swimming pool is under construction currently, so did not enjoy the pool this time. The small unmarked step into the bathroom which we both stubbed our toe on several times in our 2 night stay. Bed slightly softer than I like. Small things: - bad english of personnel - a weird rule of ordering a breakfast 2 days before - quite specific breakfast except for fruit which were really fine. The hot water control and water pressure were very difficult to control. Inconsistent shower temperature for my particular room. Few points: 1) There should be Halal/Muslim Cusine introduced in the breakfast and room dining. 2) Free Shuttle Service to nearby malls should be introduced. 3) Better and Spacious Lifts should be installed. No balcony. But that's all. there was no connecting door between the room. so it was a great hassale with small kids in the other room. Unexpected service fee added to the bill. The corner room i stayed in last time requires some maintenance. The bed sheet had spots, does not look very clean. I informed them of the problem, they sent a housekeeper to replace. Breakfast should be included. I had a hard time connecting to the wi-fi and there can be more snacks options, it was always the same. The door and the walls are thin and basically cannot isolate sounds. The hotel location could have been a bit better. gym; bathroom config;. Corner room 908 needs wifi attention, does not pick up signal unless you go out the door,not free room wifi if you have to sit at the door to be fair. Noise of the street. Breakfast. Pool area and bar under reform so could not go up to enjoy pool and view. Bathroom no dimming light possibility. Airco a bit unpleasant smell. internet connection is poor. the price is kinda high. we spent 5000 bart for one nite. They took 01 hrs for our check in. There are better options available if your budget is a bit higher.
