I would highly recommend My Bangkok Pad. My wife and I, with our two young children stayed for one week whilst visiting Bangkok. The management, Philip and Pin, are very proactive in terms of customer satifaction. Prior to arrival I received very clear emails regarding the location which was also presented in a map in both english and Thai. Our taxi driver from the airport had no problem finding the location using the map. We recieved a very friendly welcome from Philp and Pin as they talked .
all reviews » My family and I really enjoyed our stay at My Bangkok Pad from 07 - 13 Sep 2013. Philip and Pin, the owner of the place were really helpful and thoughtful, they stocked up fridge with food and drinks to ensure that we had things to eat and drink after a long flight. They even provided washing powder and bleach for our laundry. The apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. There are 2 big bedrooms with 2 Queen size bed. The place is well very equipped, i.e. fridge, microwave oven, b. Phillip and Pin are great hosts! They were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment in which we stayed is on 19th floor and it has one bedroom, a living room with open kitchenette, good modern bathroom, two balconies and (THANK YOU!) washing machine. The fridge was full of breakfast food and drinks available to us for free. Air conditioning was present both in the living room and bedroom and worked just fine. The apartment also has a coffee machine (we did not test it though), wireless intern. As soon as we walked into My Bangkok Pad, we were taken back by the amazing views which can be seen in all of the rooms! We stayed here with our two young children for 6 nights and loved this comfortable, spacious, clean, modern apartment so much that we didn't want to leave!! The amenities and the location is great, close to BTS/MRT/Terminal 21 mall, and plenty of shops and street food around. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is lovely and clean. We enjoyed the use of the washing ma. Our host Phillip and his wife were excellent and ever helpful, They were particularly thoughtful in the preparation of the room even to the extent of providing what was at least a week of groceries. We were tired after our flight and just prepared a meal from what they had provided. Any help we needed was just a phone call away and Phillip, who had already provided a comprehensive information sheet, was exceptional in providing all the information we needed in this foreign city. Health Care - 5 минут пешком, сеть настоящих профессиональных тайских массажных салонов высокого качества. 100 батт до Храма Золотого Будды (10 мин.), 100 батт до самого большого молла (MBK). Огромные уютные удобные аппартементы, бассейн, детский уголок с горками. Такси в аэропорт ~350 батт. В номере 2 балкона, стиральная машина. В стоимость проживания также входит холодильник с едой)). This place is just perfect! very comfortable and beautiful, in the center of the city, a few minutes walk from the skytrain, metro and the terminal 21 mall. Philip was so nice, friendly and helpful, making every effort to help us with everything, indlucing delaying the checkout hour because our flight was in the evening. we were also delighted to find food and beer in the fridge and all the equipment to cook and even do laundry. to sum it up- great place, we highly recommend it!. Location was super: plenty to do in the immediate area, and generally close to shopping and transit. Philip and his wife were extremely welcoming and made the trip to Bangkok quite pleasant. As other reviewers mentioned, the place came stocked with some food and drink in the fridge. A slight booking conflict led to them very kindly to cover my friend's and my trip to the airport on our way out: an extremely kind gesture. Having a washing machine was a great bonus as well. We stayed for 3 nights in the appartment and had a great time there. All things are available what you need, even the personal (philip and pin, very friendly and helpful) filled up the fridge for the first breakfast so that we didn't had to go out and immediately looking for food. Also the equipment was just great! All new and very confortable. Absolutely to recommend cause it is central but still quiet to enjoy staying in Bangkok. There is no flaws. Phillip would go out of his way to help you. He even helped me retrieve my lost in a cab iPad. Location is perfect, few blocks away from Sukhumvit MRT. The aparment is great. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Free food in the fridge and beers are a plus. And no issues with hot water which seems a real problem in Bangkok. Overall great value for money. I'll definetely stay again! Cannot thank Phillip enough!. Superb Value for money, excellent location, close to shops, cafes, bars & SkyTrain transport. Owner went our of his way to welcome us into the cosy apartment ... leaving tourist leaflets, general + specific info, along with food & drinks (complimentary :-) in the fridge. He & his wife made a big effort to enable us to enjoy our short stopover in Bangkok. He also arranged a reliable taxi for the early flight. Excellent place! It is perfect. Confortable,clean, everything works well, (a\c, washing machine, internet, tv) the location is great, not far from the skytrain, groceries, restaurants. Philip and Pin help us with everything . They even did a welcome basket when we arrived.Do not hesitate to book. The view is fantastic. We are going back in Bangkok soon and will go back. Everything just work here. You have a complimentary food and drinks on arrival which is great! There is a pool, a childrens playground and a sauna in the building. We didn't try this, because stayed only for one day, but the owner told us we can use them next time we stay (which is definitely gonna happen). The apartment has a beautiful view and a nice balcony. Highly recommend My Bangkok Pad. Our fridge was stocked up, free of charge. Phillip was a fantastic host. We loved the apartment, so big, clean & great value for money. Clean apartment, very comfortable, home from home. Essentials in the fridge, which is nice not having to rush out for milk to have a cup of tea. Philip is a super nice man and his wife! Location is perfect in business district, close to Cowboy and Terminal 21, basically can walk to everywhere you want. Great and comfort place to spend in bangkok, not a hotel but a home. Definitely will be back again. The hosts were wonderful! My family loves everything about the apartment. The location is good as well. This is by far the best accommodation we had in Bangkok. Wish we hadn't come during what seemed like a really hot part of the year, but that's strictly Mother Nature's fault. Nothing. Nothing at all. Nothing. Everything was good. No complaints. For such price you can get 4* hotel in downtown so you have 24/7 front desk service and facilities including rich breakfast. There was nothing i did not like about the place. Nothing. Nothing - all was wonderful - big thanks to Philip and Pin.
