This was our second trip to Bangkok and our second stay at the Silq Hotel. The hotel's location is fantastic with access to the Asoke Metro and BTS and yet just far enough away from the noise of Sukumvit Rd. This modern boutique hotel is sure to provide you with a restful place to unwind after a busy day sight-seeing or shopping in Bangkok. The staff are first class and always eager to help.
all reviews » Staff at reception was very helpful! We got our lost things from another hotel, also they printed boarding passes for us and provided very helpful information for us. English speaking staff (not much staff speaks good english in Thailand). Massive bed. Good design of room. Lights under bedside table gave illumination through the night without disturbing sleep. The room had; a safe, a fridge, tea + coffee, hair dryer . Restaurant, good food & good price. Very comfortable rooms, great beds and linens, quiet and conveniently located close to the subway and shopping area. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Easy going. No annoying rules. Breakfast is limited of choice. They spent more time worrying about me returning the plastic room keys and signing disclaimer forms on smoking than basic customer service. Mini bar was empty. Hotel looked like it was struggling. The food served in the breakfast buffet was really limited. They replenished less than 10 pieces everytime. The service provided by the staff in the restaurant was terrible.
