The staff are amazing, so helpful, responsive, warm and friendly which
helps to create an intimate and more personal stay. Also tremendous
value for location which is well served by train station just nearby,
the river and lots of great local shops, tailors, Thai massage, and
market stalls etc - excellent high speed free wi-fi connection and very
secure with guard on duty 24/7. Thanks to the management and all
staff - I highly recommend this boutique hotel who wants a genuine Thai

The room was very functional: although fairly compact it had plenty of shelves, surfaces to put things on. The bed was comfy and large. The shower was spacious with good water pressure. Our room facing a side of the building was very quiet. The design is minimalistic, but pretty cool.
The hotel is close to Metro (BTS) and river transport. Plenty of local food vendors nearby.
Everything about the hotel and the staff are excellent. It was a very
good choice to book a hotel at escape! The location is near the sky
train and boat also! Easy to go anywhere u like. Such as asiatique and
grand palace and reclining buddha. As well as goin to the shopping mall!

They upgraded me to a large room which was perfect for my needs. It had a good desk, a comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, sink (like a basic kitchen without a stove).
Altogether I was very happy with this friendly, comfortable place to stay.
Room was very comfortable. Good size, clean, soft bed, good shower, flat screen tv with many chanels. Friendly lady at reception was upgrade our room. Good location near Chao Phraya boat pier and Saphan Taksin skytrain station. Tip; If you go Suvarnabhumi by train it will take 1,5 hour to go there but still not bad time in BKK.
Nice place,good designed decoration, clean and comfortable, 2mins walk from bts station, 5 mins taxi to riverside night market. Staff could understand simple eng. Owener-- Dawn speaks good eng and gave us helpful guide tips and warm keep. Will book again next time to bangkok. Ceci and Knox love the place!.
The staff is friendly and especially the owner who speaks very good english. The owner showed many possible places to visit and shared local knowledge and tips how to get the most out of my stay in Bangkok.

Good location just a short walk from Safan Taksin station. Security on round the clock. Nice rooms, comfy bed. If I was staying in Bangkok on business then this would be a good choice.
Frendly Reception. Good location if you want to go to Asiatique The Riverfront or go to Old downtown by boat. BTS Saphan Taksin station in 3 mins walking mins.
Well-located as skytrain and eating places are very close. To get to tourist places, you need to take tuk-tuk, boat etc. - The staff are very kind and helpful.

Hotel take 500 thb key deposit. letsbookhotel.com web site tell they don't take deposit? I have flight at Suvarnabhumi next morning 9 a.m. and ask taxi from reception. They was ready to fix taxi for 500 thb... very expensive. I was going by skytrain and airport train from Makkasan and paying 100 thb.

A little "tyred" number, but nothing seriuosly.
It's kind of like staying in a Travel Lodge/Holiday Inn in the UK, quite impersonal and a little clinical. But great for a one night stopover.
Cleaning is not so good. No non-stop power socket so that can not charge ipod and mobile when go out. Safety box is broken.

At 10.30 pm nobody was at reception, only a guardian unable to speak english, two person like us are waiting for help and nobody was here.Room is cutie but quite small with no windows, for that price sure you can find better one in Bangkok.
