This is Thai service at its best. We arrived early in the morning from a long-haul flight and were allowed into our room already at 9 am, which was great for a refreshing power nap to counter the jet lag. And regardless of the hour of the day we left the room, we could still get it cleaned. Breakfast was fantastic and very extensive with several Asian & European options. Location was also perfect being just next to both a sky train and a metro station.

The room we had looked a bit tired and could do with redecoration. We were disappointed with the bathrobes. Instead of soft, fluffy, thick, towel bathrobes, they were made of a rough, hard material that hurt the skin. You certainly couldn’t sleep in them because of the rough material. In a hotel of this class, we had expected better bathrobes. This is the only complaint we have about the Dusit Thani. Everything else was excellent. Currently some renovation works were implemented and a smell of glue was present almost in the entire hotel. Bathroom was rather old and there was staining and scum around the edges and in the usual bathroom places. Being my 30th stay it would have been nice if management had acknowledged it when we arrived. Aleast the doorman recognised me ever time I go !. Very old feel to the hotel, The Library room looked like nobody had been in there for years and smelt like something had died .. First time in 30 years they messed up wit booking and charges proves nobody is perfect at the end all was corrected great dusit thani. Nothing to dislike. Bangkok Taxi drivers, every trip is an adventure. They elevate the art of "getting lost". all good. Nothing. While Booking on your site, I booked an Executive suite. The description of the room showed 'Executive Lounge Access' . Upon checking in , this facility was denied to me and I could not use the same. Staff Old Room Not personalised.
