Not excellent but brilliant! That is the word I will use to describe this hotel. We had our anniversary trip and were upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment for free! Room cleaned every day. Everyone, from reception, security, restaurant to cleaning lady were friendly. Special thanks to cleaning lady for the flowers in our room. Food was great and various for breakfast. Free tuk tuk from hotel to main street (not long distance but with temp >30oC, tuk tuk is great). Hotel very close to Bangkok's sk.

Да и шума от работ мы особо не слышали. Персонал был очень вежлив и вполне улыбчив. Тут ведь как - если вы улыбаетесь, то и вам улыбаются, а если вы серьезны - то и ответ такой же. Все вполне справедливо. В моем понимании этот отель на уровне. В номерах имеется все, что перечислено в описании. Wi fi нормальный. Машинка стиральная в . The location of this property is just little away from the main road but it’s very convenient, as the hotel provides transport to the main rood and train station frequently. It’s a real family luxury apartment. The staffs are very kind and informative. We were staying in a 2BR apartment for 4 nights; it is very spacious and well furnished with wooden floor. Excellent Wifi connection in room Excellent for family and you are away from the unnecessary noises and crowd since no BAR facilities. The. We were upgraded free of charge to one bedroom suite. Can only describe as luxury. Suite was large and had balcony with an amazing view. We choose this hotel as wanted some where that had washer/drier for our cothes, that said we didn't use it too busy enjoying our holiday. Buffet breakfast has lots of choice. Hotel has suna, Gym, Swimming pool, business centre and probably more we didn't see as only there for one night before return back to UK. Tuk Tuk provided by hotel to take you down to. The location is excellent. Close to the skytrain and underground. All the staff are extremely friendly with good English skills. The room was well equipped for people who wish to cater for themselves. It was nice to have a leisurely breakfast on the spacious balcony overlooking the nearby park and lake. The hotel is situated down a quiet road away from the noise of Sukhumvit Rd but the hotel also supply a Tuk Tuk for guests. I would stay here again and happy to recommend. Great hotel in an excellent location. Soi 10 is quiet but very safe. Close to shopping and nightlife. BTS close by. Stayed in an executive apartment on 23rd floor. Great view of the city especially from the good size balcony. I would definitely stay here again.It is a bargain. Nice pool area and a good sized and quite well equipped gym. The restaurant is fine for a snack or breakfast but there are countless places to eat all along sukhumvit road and the adjoining sois. Kudas to the desk staff. The new trainee woman was most kind. In addition, Mr Samai treated us like long lost friends, always there to get us a taxi or make sure all was good. The restaurant was great and we had a free breakfast for 6 days. days. The location was perfect, as it a five minute walk from the hotel to the main road and Asok MRT is just about 100 mtrs from the Main road. Very friendly staff (the Bell Boy, Doorman, Tuk Tuk driver) and helpful in answering your queries. Room was very clean, as advertised and they had an excellent Buffet,. The hotel has a free wifi. The room that we stayed was very spacious and comfortable with all facilities included e.g. kitchen, washing machine and etc. There is a small convenient store downstair. The shuttle tuk tuk is on service almost 24 hours. Must be close to my 10th stay and this hotel offers comfortable apartments in the centre of Sukhumvit, but on one of the quieter sois. Its a case of the price, which fluctuates. Thje facilites were very good due to the accommodation being well equipped, spacious, clean and well maintained. It was also very quiet save the constrcution works adjacent. You have to pay for printing 100 baht per page, which was a must as we needed to print our boarding passes. Really minor grumble has to be the awful colour wood or woodstain chosen for the room units!!. Room charges is a bit pricey for me but it's worth with the service rendered to me. ALL PERFECT. Nothing. N/A. nothing! :). High rise construction right next door noisy till 10:30 pm at night starts at 6:30am. After a week we asked to change rooms which the staff happily did for us. Not really. building site next door, worked until very late , started very early, not the hotels fault , and hopefully when we return next year the building work will be finished. That we had to leave and and go home to the cold weather!. The bed wasnt anchored to The floor, so it moved... Also, the older thai lady who would bring me my check to sign before I had even sat down to eat breakfast. That's rude. Lobby a bit boring and no atmosphere, the restaurant looks more like a canteen and no bar. I have no negatives. The air conditioning in our room was too noisy. Although the apartment was big, it was a little bit old. Every time i asked the hotel staff about reference prices of tuk tuk, taxi or turistic packages they informed me huge values, totally different from the reality. Ngothing really severe, I would easily stay again in the hotel. It's a long way down Soi 10. The shuttle will take you to Sukhumvit but won't always be on the Soi when you're coming back. Breakfast buffet is not refurbished and very little choice remains after 9:30. As of March 2013 there is a large construction project just starting next to the hotel. The rooms on the 'pool side' are fine but on the other side expect serious noise for quite a few months. The price I paid this time (3,200) is too much given the noise. The fact that I required a 'no smoking' room but was given a 'smoking' room. The only thing (small), the coat hangers were not notched so clothes were inclined to slip off of them. Nothing this place is the best. nothing of major concern. Poor bed,far from main sukhamvit street(#200 meter) ,Breakfast have not varieties for choose. Nothing at all. Tours Packages prices are very high. Tuk Tuk service stop at midnight. Nothing. Room had a slight mold smell but wasn't bad enough to complain. 1. No room service 2. narrow corridors. nothing. Loved everything. The noise from a construction site which is just next to the hotel was sometimes annoying. However, things became very quiet from 6:00 pm. Although the long distance from main road was not ideal, free tuktuk service was frequent and convenient. In short, there were not many issues with myself and my family. The quality of the breakfast was average and it needs improvement. Thre was nothing like noy to like. Water in shower kept changing temperature. Elevators very slow. Every time taking a bath, the water flowed under the tub on the floor. Airport transportation service is not good. There is wrong message given by hotel, we can not meet the diver and have to wait for more then half an hour...
