Environment was good. We felt as if we are at home. 2 out of 3 Reception staff was very cooperating. Our suite was very spacious and kids had enough space to enjoy themselves, room was cleaned daily. One of the biggest benefit was that the there was hand shower besides commode. Newly refurbished, modern and comfortable rooms (especially the two big beds, very nice touch) Very big rooms with balcony Exceptional value for money Very nice and helpful staff Walking distance to BTS.
all reviews » The apartment is very big that we booked. Nice balcony, bathtub, spacious bedrooms. The staff was ever so friendly and helpful. This was a pretty good hotel, kind of isolated in Bankok. The room itself was very nice, the rest of the building less so. Receptionists are very friendly, and helpful. Housekeepers also do a very good job in keeping our room clean & tidy. Loved the value for the price. The rooms were clean and spacious. Simple yet everything you need. I think anything is very good . Except soap and tissue roll, no toiletries were given. No Halal food restaurant was nearby. nothing!. It was a bit far from the main city, but still walking distance to the BTS so in reach of everything. They show a kitchen, but it comes without gas. The pool seemed kind of scummy, the fitness center was entirely broken in comical ways. - Internet is very bad, we can't use it most of the time, except one day when they give us an internet coupon. The women on staff who greeted us when we arrived during the day were very friendly and had above and beyond customer service. The middle of the night staff members were not as helpful or friendly, and the cab that was hailed for us to the airport brought us to the middle of nowhere instead of the airport. No ~~. TV channel only some english channel,. Cockroachs in room. Nothing to do just around the hotel. housekeeping is not that good. and i lost my sunglasses there. Cockroach in the fridge, the A/C was too loud and near the bed, we had to turn it off and use the one in the living room. it's a bit of walk to the nearest mrt. The pool was scummy, and the pool area was not in the sun or clean. The beds and pillows were hard as a rock. The shower didn't have a curtain and the plumbing wasn't good. The location was really far from the bts, especially carrying bags. The hotel restaurant staff didn't show up for work, and there aren't morning restaurants around so we had to get donuts at the family mart for breakfast. everything.very far from main sukhumvit area, very basic rooms, not the same as the picture.
