the sky train station at its door step is the best for us to move around in Bangkok city. The hotel room is clean, spacious with modern design and well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free wifi for all room is another important feature. this hotel is good for business as well as leisure. Less to 10 minute to reach BITEC by sky train. The personal was very helpful and polite with good knowledge of English. The room was big, modern and nicely decorated (attention to details). The food in the hotel restaurant was tasty and at very reasonable prices. The Skyline station was 30 seconds walk from the hotel - very convenient.
all reviews » We have a complimentary room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The suite room was spacious and equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine. Decent breakfast spread and the location was right next to the BTS station. room is good size and well-appointed, a strong 4-star hotel. good wifi. BTS and 7-11 just outside hotel. digital safe easy to use. staff a bit slow, but polite. Would stay again if the price is right. Staff were attentive and always available. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Room is maintained well and adequately equipped. Location is just off the BTS so it is convenient to get around. The room was big and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was so close to the BTS (sky train) which easily access to attractions. The hotel is great, only 2 min to BTS station. We had a very short stay here (1 day) so this is what we can say about the hotel: Good wifi. Polite staff at the reception. Good facilities for a 4 star! You get out from the hotel and basically jump into the Skytrain. Got an upgrade. Most of rooms have a washing machine which is great for long term stays. Food are dilicious. I like the room. the water pressures for showering is a bit low. Internet passwords would expire at every hour and you needed to get new and refresh these which was a bit annoying, but certainly manageable. The heater for the shower heads did not work well but we make do with the one at the bath tub instead and the water pressure was quite low. The location of the hotel was rather far from the main shopping belt but commuting via BTS is less of a hassle (compared to getting stuck in BKK's traffic). air-con is too cold, adjust to 30c and low, but still cold, maybe its just my room? not much activity in the vincinity,but BTS right in front of hotel, E8 phrakanong, 5-10 mins ride away to shopping haven. slow check-in/out. There is staff ringing the doorbell in the morning to ask if there was any laundry for collection. Though the intention is good it did mess up my sleep in morning. The black out blinds can be improved to work better. Not feeling comfortable with the design of the toilet that separate different parts into sub-rooms and the entrance has no door. Dusty on floor specially under beds. The cleaningless of the swimming pool needs improvement. There are stains along the sides of the pool which need attention. the wifi is so bad, the hotel need to improve. A bit far from the city (crowd). none. Didn't like breakfast, bread and rolls appeared not to be fresh, even the "hot" food was "cold", not much there for an European traveler. Not really in the hearth of the city, but this is not a problem with the skytrain. Roomservice staffs are poor attitude. They talk to each other so lound during breakfast. Also, the staffs had poor service mind when we ordered room service. The staff refused to collect our used plates. When we ask them nicely they said .. "you can put them in front of the room yourself...!!! ". I did not like the staff. They were unfriendly and rude. dirty pillow with blood.
