Hotel is long away from the beach, but they have free tuk-tuk. We used it much and children loved it! We had feeling like be their guests at their home.   Super friendly staff at reception, restaurant, bar etc. very helpfull ! I stayed in this hotel also about 25 years ago - at that time it stood alone at ao nang beach and it was Paradise. - Very happy with everything , nice cute comfortable rooms. Good location.   We were surprised because we did not expect a hotel of such quality for the money. It looks beautiful and a lot of attention is given to details. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the location is almost perfect - it's in Ao Nang but very close to Nopparat Thara beach which is more serene and beautiful. No noisy places nearby.   Location: close to the busy beaches but in a quiet place. THe cliffs behind the hotel were amazing.. Staff was very nice. In addition, we had to go to doctor with urgency, and one of the Managers organized it immediately, that was excellent. Kid's club was excellent for our 5 years old daughter: a lot of activities, friendly staff, she loved it!   Had a weekend getaway to Krabi with my girlfriend on May 2013. We stayed at Holiday Inn for 3 nights and the service was excellent! On the first day, we reached the hotel at 9.20 am and the hotel allowed us to make an early check-in just within 10 mins time for free! However, it came to my surp - We stayed for 5nights in August. We've been on our honeymoon. The room was large and comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't very clean. They use wood on the shower, which obviously hard to keep clean. Every afternoon it was a terrible smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, environment was lovely, pool and the area is excellent. The front door staff was very friendly, really what you'd expect!

Include breakfast with the room for great value. Location is everything and this place is right in the middle of it all.   This hotel is absolutely beautiful. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. The pools are quiet and beautiful and most importantly you are right along the beach. The beach is gorgeous: covered in shells, blue waters, mountains in the background. This part of the beach also seemed less crowded than others. Breakfast had more than enough items to eat... Should meet everyone's needs. They had two pools and both were nice. I would go again!

  This B&B has everything you need to have a good stay: very spaced rooms, clean, with excellent shower (the best Ive had in my last month!) and air conditionair, private balcony, and the best : no noisy. Other positive thing is that the b&b is very well located, nearby seven eleven stores, bars and restaurants The recepcionist Honney is a sweet - For its price vategory, it is simply the perfect place to stay in Ao Nang. The rooms are large and very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful (a family atomosphere). The beach is just a 2-3 minutes walk away along the only road in Ao Nang, which is absolutely no problem. Along the road there are plenty of shops and restaurants to buy some drinks and food or shop for clothes. Highly recommendable!

  It was a pleasant stay with Mercure Krabi Deevana. It surprise me with a birthday cake in the hotel room after our dinner. We never thought the hotel would be that thoughtful. As for the facilities, we are happy about it even though it is a little bit far from the town(by walking about 10-15min) and from airport is around 30min to reach. It didn't... what people say » fails our expectation, we just love it. The hotel made us feel cozy and relax and we had a wonderful trip! - The hotel is new, very clean (room and theritory), friendly staff. Not far from the beach, about 20 minutes on foot or 3 mins by tuk-tuk (20 Baht per person one way). Nice swimming pool. Price/quality ratio is very cool, we paid about $65 per night, and the hotel looks like solid 4 stars (~$90-100). The restaurant is ok, but 70% of our dinners we had outside.
