Location, great helpful and friendly staff. Put us up even though reservation through letsbookhotel.com had failed to pick up on the fact that they didn't have any free rooms for the duration! Spacious rooms. Pool area was good. Ok breakfast buffet and tasty, simple and cheap restaurant albeit somewhat lacking decor-wise! Good value for money. 1) The family room is clean, very spacious and comfortable with a neat enclosure behind the room to hang out clothes 2) The calm and quiet atmosphere of the hotel 3) Nice pool with lots of privacy provided by the trees and plants surrounding it 4) Close proximity to and availability of halal street food stalls, restaurants, shops and bazaars.
all reviews » The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to 2 beaches and also many restaurants. Less than 5 mins walk to the beach. The breakfast spread is pretty good. Stayed for 4 days and never got bored of eating the same breakfast. Try to opt for a room facing the pool as the pool is very beautiful. Value for money. Staff was very nice and helpful, bungalow very good and clean. Breakfast very complet and yummy. The buffet restaurant was delicious. I came with my sister and we really liked this hotel, next to bars and restaurants, also in a quiet place, near to the beach, with a sweet pool. Happy of our holidays ! =). Very Nice staff and helpfull, they love kids. We were udgraded To a xl room it was fantastic. Much better than some of those 4 and 5 star we have stayed at. Minus the trafficking noice and the early garbage Van, and a stupid air con Tour bus that was parked with the Engine ón for hours. The room and bed was a great size and was well furnished and comfortable and the air conditioning was fantastic. Lovely pool area for a refreshing swim and winding down with your holiday book. Very close to Ao Nang town with lots of things to see and do. Size of rooms are good, parking space is good, location is good as it is between Ao Nang and Nopparathara Beach. Laundry service was literally 10 times more expensive than in shops around town. English qualifications of staff was really poor. A bit worn and seriously noisy AC. Wifi possibilities poor and expensive. 1) Restaurant staff's inability to communicate in English 2) Food served unappetizing and below par 3) Safe in room not usable. Requested to extend the check-out by an hour but they did not oblige. The family room was a little Dark. Our new room had a lot of trafic noice. The breakfast had minimal choices for western style breakfast foods and the pastry selection did not look very apetising but if all you're after is toast and jam or a bowl of corn flakes it's just fine. Breakfast was almost the same everyday and not many choices especially for the Muslim people.Upon arrival we had very bad experience from the lady who checked in us.She was very rude and not proactive at all.She make it double standard towards the service and not helpfull at all. Nothing to coment. - Wi-fi didn't work as well. I used it mainly to understand the places nearby and their distance. Noise from the street and in our room the noise of the generator opposite the entrance, free wifi in breakfast and pool area didn't work very often, innerspring mattresses (you can change it on request), Aonang to many tourists, no charm, mass tourism crowd, beaches are not very clean. Following were missing: 1. Tea/Coffee maker (only electrical kettle was provided) 2. Hair dryer was not available. 3. No room service. Not much varieties for Breakfast,lots of mosquitoes in the room n surrounding. Hotel Restaurant not operating.No Free wi-fi in the room. N/a. Quite a few small biting insects immediately outside of room in evening and early morning. nothing. Difficult toget to room E103 - have to navigate around pooland not good lighting at night. Only one of the 2 rooms booked was available on arrival and they expected 6 of us to squeeze into it. The location of the rooms. If you stay at this hotel make sure you do not get rooms C106, 107 and 108. There is a extractor fan opposite these rooms that make an awful noise. This fan does not belong to the hotel itself but to another and it can come on at anytime of the day. No free internet, noisy roadside location of restaurant and pool. Breakfast could improve - got a very small 'omelette' and our fried rice is very dry with no meat on it, normally it should. Could improve on cleanliness as well and staff grooming. TV channels are limited.
