Everything was well organized at the hotel and the hotel staff were polite and extremely helpful. Excellent selection of foods at buffet breakfast, perfectly located, clean and very comfortable room, clean throughout the hotel, room was quiet when windows were closed (we were there late October so weather is not hot), definately recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, the location was terrific (smack in the middle of the main street in th old town), and the breakfast was very nice with the option of courtyard seating. There was always fresh fruit available at the front desk and they even had umbrellas for guests to borrow (which came in handy).

Nowhere to write/work in the room; table too low to work at; tv too limited in English (only CNN!) - need to get BBC World as a minimum, BBC Prime would also be good!. the room key was huge which I had to keep in my pants pocket and was annoying!. the bar was not to my liking. Our room was small and a bit dated, but it was at the back of the hotel so very quiet for sleeping. We traveled with a group and the 3 other rooms were much larger and nicer.No air conditioning (ok for february but must be bad in summer), buffet breakfast could be improved with more warm stuff. 1.The noise from the street due to the lack of double-glazing glasses on the windows and 2.the lack of proper air-conditioner, because of which the room was very hot,despite of the use of a ventilator,provided by the hotel,which was inadequate to reduce the temperature in the room.Very noisy room at night.
