The Apartment was very nicely maintained, very comfortable 03 Tram station (Tram 11 & 14) from the Main Zurich station. Very Nice connectivity and Good Homely environment.
The roo was spotless, check-in and chec-out fast. The frondesk staff kindly arranged a early check in for us. Everything was just perfect.

Top quality serviced apartments in good location.
1) the staff was helpful enough to meet us at the apartment to handover the keys & brief us on arrival;
2) the apartment was clean, neat & comfortable despite the summer heat;
3) housekeeping service was a plus point;
4) It was a long walk from the Central station on our arrival. However, we soon discovered that the tram service (Tram 11 & 14 at Beckenhof) was just 3-5 minutes walk away from the apartment. This had definitely made our stay feel more at home.

Construction was being done on front of building during our stay. Apartment was not air conditioned - but still comfortable except for short time in middle of day.
The apartment was very smelly, due to smokers previously staying there. Horrible!.
Renovation including jack hummer at 8:00am is unacceptable!.
