Very friendly staff - special thanks to Maria - she was very helpful and pleasant - solved several questions we could not help. Nice modern hostel- hotel with clean and good-serviced rooms, comfortable kitchen, not far from the center and metro. There was no window in our room (some rooms are a little bit "under-ground" - but it is really no matter, as you just do not notice it - everything inside is at very good level, including ventilation,and as a plus - very quietly). Good price-quality lev.

The hostel is new, modern and absolutely clean. We loved the kitchen area with plenty of facilities to cook and relax, there is free wifi all over the hostel and a computer with free internet, great to plan your day. The board at the entrance with the must-see places in Stockholm another brilliant idea. Definitely a hostel to recommend. Although it is not in the old town is just 2 metro stops away and also near several bus stops that can take you in20 mins to different parts of the city. Just have in mind that the price levels of the city are very high (specially for public transportation compared to other european cities) so when booking the hostel include in your budget the pricefor metro pass. The staff is excellent. Mirre and the owner were very helpful and offered very useful directions of the mass transit system to get to all the sights I wanted to visit. Their directions saved me a lot of time. Also, Mirre made some great, local dining suggestions. I have been to 23 countries and it is the best hostel personnel I have encountered anywhere. The staff were so friendly and very helpful, always happy to help and provide tips on things to do in the area and how to get to them. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many places of entertainment, and round the corner from a tube station. Would definitely go back. For work i'm a travel agent and i was in different hostel (i use to see so many hotel for work, so for holiday with friends i prefere hostels) this hostel has Amazing staff, very clean and with all the comfort that an hostel should have, very well cleaned and centric (2 steps te metro). Very reasonably priced, central, immaculately clean, with helpful and friendly staff. Thoughtful touches like a separate shelf for 'left behind' food in the communal fridge and a activities ideas board in reception. Alcohol is banned and although fully-booked, the hostel was quiet. Really cleanly, cosy, quiet, and very cheap when we compare it to Swedish prices. Tv and a bathroom in standard is a big advantage. Staff was very friendly, and they were ready to help you with any question you've had. I would recommend this hostel with a big pleasure. Very good staff, she allows us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out which makes the city viewing much easier. The kitchen is well equipped and the sitting area is nice. The location is also good, close to suway and supermarket. The Hostel was very modern, had a nice kitchen and common room and the staff was very accommodating. Also, when I found out I was overcharged 20 sek by accident, I received a response within minutes saying I would get a refund. Great service!. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotels in Stockholm are expensive and this is a great option for those travelling on a budget. Excellent location and being a hostel with a common kitchen/dining room, you get to meet people from all walks of life. Fault seemed to lie with letsbookhotel.com, however. Staff wasn't always on the reception, ready to take our room key, or to give it back (when we came back from the city). In the end we have no problem with checking out :). the room has no window, but it is OK for short stay. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave :). My fault for booking a room with bunk beds :-(. the automatic ventilation was a bit loud. The room we were in had no window. It made it feel a little closed off. I did not like the fact that after 10 pm it is recommended to avoid making loud noises. It is not actually hostel like this rule, but it might be in use because there were a lot of families with little babies. Room was a bit small. The TV has only swedish channels..missing out danish, english, german. Very poor funishing..could be much better with a very little effort! Should be better light upon the bathroommirror to do the make-up. The extractor of bad room, the extra bed was so hard incomfortable, pain in my back. Bed sheets were not included in the room and you had to rent it per sheet. It was strange that the toilet had not a hand soap. It only had shampoo. no window in room (maybe there're other rooms upstair I don't know, but our room, receiption and the kitchen are all in basement), no shower curtain in bathroom so water is everywhere after shower,. nothing!. No windows in rooms No bread toaster. Room without windows. Thin walls you could smtimes hear neighbours and most rooms without windows (in a basement) so good for max 2days stay. The rooms are unexpectedly small. One may just have enough space to squeeze one's body to the bathroom. Very strict rules (such as no food in room, which I find a little bit OTT). Bed linen and towels are not provided unless you pay additionally. only 20% cheaper than some hotels that were closer to central station (I was traveling alone). no windows in rooms but basically we only needed a place to sleep so that's not a problem at all. Hit my head on the ceiling twice trying to make the bed on the top bunk, but that's hostel life. Not so close to city center, but the metro and bus stops are a few minutes away. Very few TV channels, but at least most of them are in English. Beds are made of metal, so some people may find them not so comfortable. I slept well, though. Unfortunately sqeeky beds pulled down an otherwise excellent 'value for money' impression (could be so easily and cheaply amended with some glue). Should also mount a shower curtain and some hooks to hang clothes and handbags etc. here and there. There's no oven in the kitchen and no oil... We can't buy everything just for a few days' stay. And basic kitchen set like oil is not expensive, so I think the hostel should just provide them. Rooms are a bit cold for me (september). Wi-Fi was only available in some parts of the room (30). Small room and bathroom. The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom and everything gets wet. No windows. Hotel in the basement, half underground. Small room. No windows in the room. Lack of shower curtain No toilet-roll holder Had to rent sheets/towels. Mattresses too thin. Quite hard beds. Booked double but got bunk beds. Very little storage space in rooms.
