I was told by booking that no towels were provided, when instead the place had them.
No sign that that door was the "right place" or instructions on how to enter the facility were given, so I was forced to phone to get inside the first time.

A refundable security deposit of 1250 SEK is charged by Södermalm Home Stay at the time of the booking.
If you expect to arrive after outside check-in hours, please note that Södermalm Home Stay charges up to 200 SEK for late check-in. Any cost incurred will be deducted from your security deposit.
