The staff is very experienced and friendly; I had to postpone my arrival up to 14 hours and didn't have the chance to send an email to warn the staff; when I arrived I found a note with my keys and bed linen and towel waiting for me...

For a hostel we had a wonderfully spacious, clean, comfortable room right in the middle of old town and right above a classic old world coffee shop with charming outdoor seating.
Good location, nice common room, fully equipped kitchen.
Staff is helpful, they also have free umbrellas (very important in Stockholm)!.

Unfortunately, as in every other hostel I searched in Stockholm, you pay extra for bed sheets and towel.
