I liked the perfect location in the heart of Stockholm. Because some areas are shared a connection, even if brief happens easily, with other guests which is quite nice. Generosity: free coffee, tea and pasta (you cook it yourself). Computer for Internet and cityguidance. You have a fully equipped kitchen you can use. Location is amazing, in the middle of the Gamla Stan. Nobel Museum and Storakyrkan are both across the street. I spent my first four nights in Stockholm in Sodermalm, paying more for a bed in a four-bed room than I did for a bed in a nine-bed room in Gamla Stan.
I really enjoyed everything to be honest, especially free coffee, tea and pasta. Our hostel was situated in a great place, so I did not have to use any means of communication. I could go everywhere on foot, which was a great advantage.
Hostel is in the very heart of Old Town (everything is literally behind the corner). You can leave your bags in the hostel before checkin time and go explore the city. Staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need.
The location cannot be better than this, you are practically staying in the main square. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of showers and wc, all clean at all times. Kitchen can be very useful if you are on a budget.
This hostel is situated in the historical centre of Stockholm near
Alfred Nobel's museum and other attractions, prices is good (for
Stockholm :) and there are all what you may need. Best place for poor
students ;).
Clean rooms, great location, some might find the church bells round the
corner annoying, but for us it was a very nice sound :).

Location is very good. The heart of the the old city. Toilet is clean
enough. The kitchen is not ideal, but it is also normal. Also a big plus
- in the night was quiet enough. Linens for free. My opinion - this is a
good hostel with a great location.
- When we reported to the staff about bed bugs, we were offered to spend a night in another room for free. There were no bed bugs in the second room.

In the evening the hot water did not last for everyone (shower). Sounds can easily be heard from other areas. Hard to close windows. The computers looked quite run down and had thick old screens. The common kitchen looks a bit run down.

We initially booked a budget room without window, thinking that it might just be ok for 2 nights. But these rooms are really claustrophobic and might ruin your holiday. We were lucky to be able to upgrade to a regular double room, and it was perfect.
To find this hostel was too difficult ) And troubles with internet).
Might be crowded during summer for those looking for a quiet place to
stay, but in mid april it was great since it was almost empty and
therefore very comfortable.
Not enough showers, and I had to sleep with a neon light about 15 centimeters from my head. You can imagine the pain in the morning.

Reception closes at 5 pm - far earlier than we were told when we booked. Everyone needs to assume that their arrival will be delayed and ask for the codes to get their room key.

Lightning arrangement in the dormitory: bright fluorescent lamps straight above beds. A much, much smaller general light would be very necessary!
The use of sound-absorbing material in e.g. ceilings would help to bring the noise level down.

I came here with my husband and in advance by e-mail asked the hostel to
placed us in the same room. But when we arrived, it turned out that we
had beds in different rooms, although in one of these rooms were two
beds available. However, we have solved this problem - we just went to
bed together. In general, this incident did not leave unpleasant
memories. I can also say that for some reason did not work Wi fi. But
maybe it was temporary, we only slept one night in a hostel.
- Bed bugs. After the first night we discovered that there were a lot of bed bugs in the room! We asked to change the room.
The bathrooms were dirty. The toilet paper and paper towels were frequently gone by early evening, and you couldn't get more till mid-morning next day. The reception window was supposed to be open 9-5, but no one frequently showed up till noon or later.
Only one shower in the entire floor which is quite insufficient.

The hostel is not very clean, the air is quite stuffed both in the rooms and the common areas.
No laundry facilities, just a dring room would do.
It is a great pity that the reception is open only 9am-5pm. My card did not work the last night which was a great disappointment and inconvenience and there was no one who could solve it on the spot.
First of all, WiFi wasn't working. The staff couldn't be bothered to do something about it. The toilets were filthy, one of the showers was broken and nobody even fixed it. During one morning there was only cold water. The kitchen stank and the room was really small. I would never recommend this hostel.

the unacceptable fact that after 17.00 there's no staff/reception/nobody else but the guests. infact several times the keys to the room did not work and the guests had to wait outside the door for several hours.

hostel is not comfortable, not clean, not everything. i have reservation for 2 days. But i stay there one day. Because they sold my room an other people. Receptionist girl said " it was broken system, you have one day, they dont have room." than they send us out of the hostel. So, never ever never ever never ever stay there.
This place is a real cheat. The quality of room and facilities is very very poor. The room pics do not match the actual thing.
