The hotel was very modern, clean and stunning value for money, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent as just round the corner is the metro again very clean and reliable which takes you straight to the beach or airport. excellent locations with parking garage. walking distance to old town in 25 minutes. nice modern furnishing throughout the hotel. good dinner menu in the restaurant.
all reviews » It is centrally located, not far from Aragon metro station. Not far from the old town, the neptuno beach or the new Palau de les Arts and L'hemisferic. Not one fault. Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Very pleasant and staff nothing but helpful. Would stay at the hotel again.Very Clean hotel in the city centre.You can reach Oceanographic and the city centre to eat easily by walking. The hotel was clean and modern and was perfectly situated for the port and football stadium. Close enough to the airport and averaged at 25 euros each way inc tip. We took advantage of late check out 6pm option so we could make the most of the day without bags and were able to freshen up before travelling home. Our room had a fantastic balcony - available on 7th floor only - so we could make the most of the late afternoon sun although traffic was very noisy!. We stayed 4 nights, the hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned every day, late if you the do not disturb sign on your door. hotel was ten min walk from metro, which runs straight from the airport and only couple of euro each. It was a good walk to the beach or the old city center, but there are bus stops not far away for each of these, only euro to each. We thought the hotel was fine, but in a quiet erea for night time entertainment. Hotel was good for money. The staff was helpful, the Internet in the room worked very well and it was for free. The room was very clean. If you don't mind taking the metro, it has a very good position that give you access to the main points of interest in the city (2 stations to the city center, 6 to the Bioparc, 7 stations to the beach). 15-20 min walk to the City of Arts and Sciences and Turia old river bed park.The desk staff and all the other staff that we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Excellent cafeteria on the ground floor for simple breakfasts and light meals. We were at the hotel for the Fallas when the room rate is at its highest (understandably), and still felt that it was reasonable value. The reduced room rate available at other times would be excellent value for money. Friendly staff ,fab toiletries,very well maintained.very convenient toarts and science ,hemispheric and a marvellous aquariam in a 21 centurysetting .It was approx30 minutes interesting walk to the city centre. The Dinner menu was excellent but it would have been helpful to have an English translation as we do not speak fluent Spanish and the restaurant staff did not speak any English. The receptionist we dealt with was an english speaker and was extremely helpful. The bathroom products are excellent.cleanliness of room.very large comfortable room.the location. At the first evening they delivered bad food in the restaurant - homemade salad with bad corn. I wish tea and coffee making facilities were available.Maybe a swimming pool as the hotel is missing it. The snack bar could have something more to eat but in Valencia you can find thousands so is not a real negative thing. it would be perfect if it had a pool. missing thea and coffee facilities in the room; hotel a bit far away from the city centre. Cafeteria poor.The breakfast. yes, the shower. Some of the staff at the reception desk were not so friendly, but not all of them them. I had an issue with the staff as during a day out i managed to get lost in Valencia. I managed to contact the hotel but they would not send a taxi to pick me up.beds too firm for our comfort. Staff could have been more helpful.
