Apartment is fully equiped, everything is new, we had everything that we needed. Location is great, right next to the very nice sandy Malvarosa Beach. Tramway station is just in front of apartment with connection to metro and city center, there is also direct bus line to City of Arts and Sciences. There is large supermarket nearby, Burger King and some restaurants and bars in the area. Apartment is clean with nice terrace and owners (mrs. Susana) are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended fo.
