One big bug inside the room, but the reception change the room and everything was ok.the decor in the beedrooms is a bit outdated,its also a bit if a walk from centre of town. Romm was hot and air conditioning did not seem to be working in winter. Swimming pool is rather small. Coffee and tea making facilities should be provided in bedrooms.Please!!. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room would be a final touch. there was no pay tv movies as advertised. I wish it were closer to the old town. A little too far from the city centre. Broadband was chargeable (€10/ day) and not very fast or effective. Air conditioning was rather poor - not very effective. There was an issue with the hairdryer in the bathroom when we arrived and the fact that it started smoking was rather scary. It did get fixed but due to our poor Spanish it was very difficult to explain!. I did not like the price of the internet, but I found an internet very close that was 1 euro for 1 hour. the staff although helpful were not conversent in the english languge. Yes the following: 1) they turned off the hot water during different times of the day, 2) alot of the staff could not speak english, 3) the room furniture had no drawers, and the closet space was limited. The pool was small and poor equiped. The staff at the bar was not that professional as expected. Air conditioning worked but not powerful enough..about 5pm pool is in shade-could do with chairs outside of gym as still in sun.. Rooms a bit hot, air conditioning not working properly. not quite as central as perhaps thought.
