WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH A LOST PASSPORT. IF IT WASNT FOR THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WE WOULD NEVER HAD FOUND IT. THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT!!!. very comfortable and clean nice staff. location, price, friendly staff. Position great. plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meals. Quiet as no through traffic. We were able to leave our bags in enclosed lobby, until needed on last day.

We have reservation for two single rooms for 7 nights, but for the firstnight they offer us one double room or one single room in Zaida and onein some other hotel.dringks machine not kept filled up and coffe macjine not always working. Difficulty of unloading a car. a little aunts in my room and noises from the street. Wireless was not working in first or 2nd florrs. noise factor from water pipes due to position of room. The insulation of the hotel walls was not great, the plumbing was noisy at times. Because of the construction of the building, i.e., the inner 'courtyard' was open, noise tended to echo. Overall our stay was a very good experience.there were a few cockroaches coming up the drains, but I think this was down to the extreme heat. the room of our friends was a bit smal and dark......Due to the open plan design of the hotel it could be noisy at times with noise travelling easily around the hotel. Lack of tea/coffee facilities, the vending machine in the recpetion was either out of cups, no tea/coffee sachets,and they did not do anything to supply above or to accmmodate. The bathroom was not completely clean. The room was old. Size of bathroom far too small - noisy at night. Parking is very expensive in spite of the discount and is not close to the hotel. No safe box in the room. Parking is actually a public parking in the commercial center about 10min walk. Hotel has 25% discount rate there.internet pc was not available for use-. It was very difficult to find coming by car and it was impossible to park.To reach the hotel is quite difficult if you arrive by car.
