The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and it is a good breakfast for the money. We have stayed in the Hostel twice and will stay again. Staff are verygood and being able to avail of the buffet breakfast was excellent,First time we stayed the room was TINy, this time the room wasexcellent.Friendly, helpful staff, good location, clean. Especially the price was good. We were 4 girls living in 1 room for 2 nights, and they even changed towels and brought toiletpaper without us even having to ask. At other hostels I've been used to worse service, so it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was also very helpful giving us information about restaurants.

Lack of bedroom window, (there was a hatch onto the corridor outside), making it stuffy. Fire drill notice that said 'if trapped attract attention from the window', what window?. Our room was too cold :(. Could nat have breakfast although included in price because it did not start until 8am. Too late for people who want to catch a flight/train/bus to travel onwards.as we did. the dining room. Our room was next to the supply closet so we could not sleep very late because of the constant noise of the opening and closing of doors. Our room also had no windows so it was a bit closed off. the bed! a spring protruded from the matress. There was no meat or cheese with the breakfast. This hotel could also benefit from a small elevator for customers with heavy luggage. The bathroom smelled badly which made the room smell. We aired it out every day when we came home.My room was very dingy with only one very dim light bulb in the bedroom and no external window to daylight ( though I realise this is a feature of the Sevillean architecture) but they could have provided more artificial lights. Also smelt damp from lack of ventilation possibly. The only electric socket was in the bathroom. The television was on top of a two metre high wardrobe. room was small and cramped. The internet access,. Ill fitting doors to room,felt a bit unsafe.Needs a good refurbish. there are interior (no window) and exterior rooms (with window) all for the same price. The interior rooms are horribly dark and oppressive. Ask for an exterior room!. Small room with a small window! No elevator, and very tiny stairs!. Cleanness of the Bathroom, small beds. I believe thatfor the same price you can find something better. Could not beleive we were allocated a room with no windows.The room and bathroom area was smaller than a student dormitory and the air conditioning unit was very poor. Refused to accept the room and was eventually given a outside windowed room which was like a larger student dormitory. The breakfast was diabolical.Cheap jam,margarine,juice.No meats,just some awful cheap and nasty pastes? Very very poor. Without doubt this was the worst place I have ever stayed in.Paid same price for 4 star.The room has a terible smell, I coudn't enter the bathroom because of the smell. The room has a small window near the bed which couldn't close. I complain about all these and they said they know about the window but they can't do anything. In the offer it was written buffet breakfast, but I receive only bread and jam, no buter, no cheese, ham, nothing. Dark room on the third floor with bad smelling.
