Having stayed in many hostels across the United States and Spain, plaza Del Sol has to be my favourite hostel in terms customer service! Receptionists Leo and his Armina were extremely nice and attentive
to us, tired vijaheros rusos...Guys, you are the best, mucha mucha gracias to you for everything!! We only had two days to explore beautiful Sevilla, but Leo advice helped us to plan the best route and have the best experiences. The staff was amazingly nice. Through all the hostels I have staid, the staff was the most nice persons. They were always taking care about everything. I had free breakfest, it was basic like cereal, milk, tea, coffee, jam, bread. But it was very delicious. You can use kitchen whenever You want, to make dinner and supper for yourself. Beds were clean, lockers were safe, bathroom was clean. Everything was perfect! And the price was very very low! I totally recomend this hostel for everyone.
It was my second time in Sevilla and my second time at La Casa del Sol. My extended stay was absolutely wonderful! Leo and Armine were incredibly friendly and more than willing to help in whatever way they could. Breakfast was good, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the facilities were always very clean. Definitely a great value for a budget-friendly hostel. No complaints whatsoever!.
The location was fantastic, a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. The rooms were very clean. However the greatest asset to this pension are the staff. They seem to be working 24 hours but are the nicest staff I have met at a hostel or hotel! Always smiling and going out if their way to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
The staff (Leo and Armine!!!) here is so nice and really made my stay in Sevilla wonderful!! The hostel is clean and in a great location near all major tourist points and the bus station. They even made my bed for me every day. Wonderful service and I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Seville.
