The staff was very courteous, helpful and considerate. We were surprised one night with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a congratulations card, since I had said it was our honeymoon when I made reservations. The accommodations were luxurious, which made it even more of a bargain for the price. the staff was extremely helpful, went out of their way to assist. always pleasant. the hotel itself is immaculate and very well situated with respect to the the center of the city and the principal monuments.

A/C in room did not work.Beds could be more comfortable. pool is very small. the restaurant was of a very poor standard for such an otherwise nice hotel although the adjoining bar was very good.also after our first night basic items -such as toilet rolls shower gels along with tea and coffee sachets were not replaced.small things ,yes,but nevertheless annoying little things that could make the difference !. room, in newly-built annexe, was claustrophobic with only a view of the wall opposite, and plumbing noisy.I think the mattress's could have been more comfortable. We didnt have view or balcony at all. Did not warn us that it would be very difficult to get to the airport etc with all of the easter celebrations. The sound proofing of the rooms is bad ,you can hear everything that your neighbours are doing,wood floors maybe easier to clean but don't help with the noise level.Rooms were cleaned,very well everyday,but always late in afternoon 4.30 -5ish when we were wanting to go back for a rest or get changed for pool,even though we had put sign on door @ 9 ish to say clean rooms.Yes, I booked the hotel based on the facilities like the sauna, steam room etc. But when we tried to use/book these facilities we were greeted by the same word each time by the girl who ran the Health Spa - "Impossible".
