The associated restaurant were also very helpful particularly at organising a cava (champagne) breakfast for our friends 50th birthday morning.   Irenaz resort was located on the edge of a beautiful green valley that was so relaxing. There was often music traveling up from somewhere on the mountain and it made us really feel like we were in Europe. The location is a bit out of San seb city but the bus stop is 100metres down the road and for 1.60 euro takes you 11-15 minutes to get into town... what people say » . The staff were really lovely and helpful with everything from beaches, San Fermin and resturants. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the bathroo - The apartments were very modern and private, overlooking the valley on the outskirts of San Sebastián. We specifically chose the location because we had a car we didn't want to use in the city and parking was free. The apartments were close to a bus stop with regular buses taking about 15 minutes to reach the centre of the city. The reception staff were very helpful in assisting us with a damage report we needed to fax to the leasing company.

  Superb value for money, a 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach surrounded by mountains in a small bay. I was travelling with 2 small dogs and it's not always easy to find pet-friendly hotels but they were so accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, in fact it was better than some 4 star hotels I've stayed in.   Really sweet and cosy, staff were great showed us where to go and recommended nice places to eat and really friendly! Decided to stay an extra night!   I stayed in a triple room with two other friends. The room was lovely. It is one of the few places I've stayed where the picture of the room looks exactly how it is. The beds were comfortable and the shared bathroom was not a problem, there are three really nice bathrooms for only a handful of rooms.   Couldn't possibly get a better location, right in the heart of the old city and within walking distance to everything. Staff are really friendly and gave us such a warm welcome and farewell. Don't be put off by shared bathrooms - 3 bathrooms for 6 bedrooms means no waiting and it seriously felt like the bathrooms were cleaned after every use.   Loved the location and the staff were very friendly (I'd say the friendliest we had in two weeks in Spain). Room was clean and bed comfortable. Our interior room was very plain but also very quiet. Very close to the old town and all the bars and restaurants but far away enough you don't have sleepless nights from bar noise.   This is a super little hotel perfectly situated in a quite road about a 10 minute walk from San Sebastian’s “old town” and 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants and shops. It is very nicely decorated in a style that is contemporary but retains the character of the old house. The room was very pleasant and had a good bathroom. They were able to pro - The free parking and affordable rate led me to book here. The staff was friendly and helpful (and spoke good English), the breakfast was plentiful, and we could even leave our car in their parking lot after we checked out so we could explore the city some more. The room was clean and comfortable and the location wasn't an issue for us since we love to walk around cities-and this time we walked along the beach and it was beautiful.
