1. The room was very clean, the maid cleaned the room every day although we left the room at 12 mid day or later.
2. The hotel is very modern and looks stylish.
3. The airport is about 17 km (10 miles) away. The shuttle to the airport is very cheap and very fast (~20 min). It costs 8 euros/person and if you want to take the aerobus it costs 5.9 eu

I warmly recommend NH Diagonal Center for any kind of trip (if it’s for one day or for 10 days…/ if business or just joy)

Enjoyed the location for getting to the City Tours and for feeling save. Front desk staff were competent in English which was a big help for us. Also enjoyed the complimentary mini bar access. - The staff were extremely helpful and could speak english, the air con was excellent and very convenient to park the car in the hotel carpark

Staff were always helpful and friendly and were good at "remembering the guests faces".
The lady serving breakfasts was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Her reputation on trip-adviser is well justified - she is a real credit to the hotel.The cleaning staff were accommodating when it came to access for room tidying etc.Good location close to Monumental underground station and local cafes etc.

As we arrived to the hotel the people were really very helpful and friendly. Actually we had some problems with our airplane about our packages, they really helped us and kept us relaxed with a free breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful, free wifi in the lobby was useful. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there were a lot of cafes around to sit outside. We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it.
