  Very very clean. lovely bathroom and bed. Perfect for a trip to the city! - The rooms are big, very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel has a good location, just around the corner from Placa Molina station (an FGG station). The transfer from the airport takes about 1 hour (R10 from the airport, transfer at Sants Estacio on R7, transfer at Catalu... what people say » nya on L7), so it should cost only 1 trip on a T-10 card (10 trips for 7.70 euro). Overall, a good place to stay.

  Our 3 day visit to Barcelona was excellent - the hotel staff were very freindly and helpful. The location is out of town, but you don't have far to get on the Metro or the trams. We had a lovely dinner at the hotel too - the service andf food were excellent. If parking car, pull up at front of hotel and staff will park for you and retrieve from car park when required

  Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are soundproof due to the large double windows and very bright and clean as well with a modern style.   The location was excellent. They had a area for free beverages that included Red Bull, which are about $3 in Florida where I live. They gave a lot of resources( maps, directions, etc) for getting around town and making the most of your stay. Spoke good English and let us check in two hours early. Very modern and posh decor. It was also on the side street, and our room was not facing the street, so it was quiet. We had a 8months old baby, so we were worried about the street noise. The room was clean and modern and big enough to even have a cot inside the room. There is free 24h coffee and water, which was excellent.

I mean, the staff were excellent, offering help at every stage. I told them before hand that I was coming for my honeymoon and they helped made my honeymoon a memorable experience. I requested a specific type of room at the time of reservation and they remembered - The staff. They went out of our way to fix any issues with the room, answer our many questions, mail our postcards, tell us about the culture of the city, etc. They packed a breakfast bag for my wife and I in the early morning when we left since we could not stay for breakfast. We were still talking about how friendly the staff was when we got home. This is the best customer service we've had amongst all the places we've visited in the mediterranean.   I liked the location of the hotel which was on the tourist bus route so we weren't in the centre of the city. The staff were extemely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The underground garage was important to us as well as we were driving to the hotel. - Friendly people, nice clean rooms...
