The apartment we stayed in was right across the elevator hall from the main guest house. With this setting, not only did we have the comfort of haivng our own apartment but we also had access to the other guest house - the common kitchen, dryer, and above all, the beautiful living room with a lovely view of Casa Mila!

What a brilliant concept. It's like being in your own home (actually no, it's like being in the home of a very stylish, wealthy friend!) - but better as you don't have to clean up! Very well appointed with excellent facilities. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry with personal fridge and pantry, pod coffee machine. Luxurious furnishings and dreamy view of La Pedrera chimneys. Even now I miss that first early morning coffee gazing out onto that vista! Only 10 min walk from Placa Catalunya but far .
The Quartprimera Guest House came as a startlingly satisfying surprise! With over-the-top on-line reviews (in the mid-nines out of ten), I had suspicions this was one of those properties with self-placed rave notices --hence “Caveat Emptor”! Au contraire, we found that this property lives up to each and every superlative and then some. Our room, looking onto the block’s interior square through a spacious glass wall, had to be one of the most tastefully designed spaces I’ve ever come across. N.
The best is the location! In less than 5 minutes walk you have Diagonal Metro Station and Turibus stop. Paseo de Gracia is just around the Corner with lots of shops, restaurants and emblematics buildings of Barcelona (La Pedrera, Casa Batlló...). Just can walk along and reach Plaza Urquinaona until Las Ramblas. From the living room of Casa de Huespedes you have a wonderfull view of Casa Mila. Nice deco. I'm almost satisfied about every aspect of this hotel!
First due to its great location that so close to the metro station and main street, plus it is just situated at the back side of the famous Casa Mila so it would be very convenient for you to reserve a special night tour of the magnificant buiding.
The room is new, clean and well arranged, with the common facilities of full-occupied kitchen, loundry stuff, a huge dining table, a modern sitting room and a book shelf full of all kinds of bo.
The Guest House is located in C/ Rossólo in L'Eixample nearby train, metro and bus and just a stones throw from Gaudi's La Pedrera.
There is an elevator to the fourth floor, which is historic (c. 100 yr old) and in fact working extremely well.
Safety is high because the front door to the street is closed as well as the door to the hostel.
The room is cosy with elegant modern design and good electrical plugs to recharge camera, iphone, ipad etc., and WIFI works well and is free.

I've been traveling about 1.5month and this place feels like home!
The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm. Staffs are very nice and helpful.
There is a nice kitchen and you will get your own refrig and cabinet lockable. if you are tiring of eating out, here you can cook. they prepared pots and pan and of course cups and everthing.
Location is excellent which is in the middle of shopping area and walking distance to both gaudi's casa mila and casa batll.

Exceptionally friendly staff (who answered my questions via e-mail promptly). The room was spacious,very clean and nicely decorated. There is a good hairdryer in bath room, Wifi was working well. In the common kitchen they have a individual frige and even Nespresso Machine as well(it's all free to use). It was located in a nice, active area, and very close to the metro station Diagonal.With the price I get from letsbookhotel.com, very good value for money.
I thought this hotel was great. The guest house is split into a flat with 5 rooms each with a private bathroom and shared living room and kitchen. The rooms were lovely and the one I stayed in you could see the 'La Pedrera'. Admittedly the hotel is abit hard to find but the local is great, literally a 10/15 min walk to La Rambla. The staff were amazingly friendly and were very helpful, and the free wifi was a nice bonus to this place.
This place is centrally located between major attractions in Barcelona, situated with metro station just at the corner of the street and walking distance to the attractions. There is also fully furnished kitchen (with lockable personal fridge) and common room with view of the Casa Mila roof.
Service staffs were very helpful to answer questions and helped with my requests. I am delighted that the room are cleaned daily.
The location was really easy accessible and very near the accommodation there was a supermarket open 24 hours.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and with everything needed. The owner is very nice, polite and always ready to help. I will recommend the apartment to everyone and I myself will go back again and book the flat again when visiting Barcelona again. I was very happy with everything in the flat.
Our room overlooking Casa Mila was absolutely wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuite excellent AND spotless. The guest kitchen were emaculate and had everything you could wish for. Uri was the perfect host; always welcoming, very helpful and a real gentleman! We will definitely go again and wish we had stayed longer!.

This is a very good 'home', it is near to the Case Batllo and Casa Mila. It is very convenient to go to any places, save much money and time. The house has a very good design, clean and comfortable. Also, the host can speak English naturally and very very nice! Free Wifi is fast !.
Nice location. Top floor apartment with two huge balconies. One of them with nice view to Casa Mila in the same block. Very friedly and helpful staff. Uri helped us when our son was sick (resting place before check-in, medicine and doctor).

Location location location. Right near diagonal metro, it was easy to find and easy to travel from. Everything is just a stones throw away - especially the Renfe railway if you're planning trips around Barcelona.
