The location is perfect. Our room had a small balcony overlookingPasseig de Gracia, which I didn't see listed as an amenity, so it was anice surprise. The staff spoke English and were very professional andhelpful. Also, I loved the look of the room. Very modern and chic. I really enjoyed the friendly and personal time that the staff took in getting my room ready for me once I arrived in Barcelona. For a new hotel that has been only open several months, the service is fairly fast and efficent.

Just bathroom: even if it was beautiful, it was not usable at all: wash-hand basin was too small and placed inside the room; wc was in frontof the bed in a separate room with smoked-glass door (not fitted forshy couples). the wardrobe was very small, and there were no shelves near the washbasin. Location/Style of hotel/Quality of services. The only gripe is with the stunning bathroom, like people have mentioned it isnt very fuctional. The shower and bath are fantastic but the wash basins arent the most practical. Only a minor gripe. sound isolation is far from being perfect.breakfast was poor, if you come after 9 am it is nothing to it. No area to place toiletries, and plug for bath difficult to use, also no milk for coffee, but great stay. Thank you. BAthroom small no room for cosmetics on sink badly need a shelf. otherwise excellent. Rather than provide normal five star amenities in room a card instructing you to call if you wanted anything was provided. Not convienient, not five star quality. Modern bathrooms are nice but really lacck a place to set travel toiletries. Basin Basin Standalone basin has less place for private toiletries. The elevators were too slow all the time. While the hotel had a beautiful interior design, it was not very user-friendly. You can hear everything from next door and all the doors closing from other rooms in the corridor. Very annoying. It is a shame because it is such a nice and modern hotel.cleanliness and comfort does not fit to a 5 * Hotel. the reception staff did not seem to know what they were doing. the rooms was missing key things like, drawers and shelves. very noise, strange bathroom, for 2 times the staff get into the room without knocking on the door.
