A great hotel, i'd definately return and have recommended it to everyone i've spoken to regarding Barcelona. it was clean, close to every thing, the staff was nice and rady to help in every question. all reviews » The location was great! I previously lived in Barcelona for nearly 2 years and found this neighborhood to be excellent for visits. The metro stop is literally 1 block from the hotel and only 2 stops from Plaza Catalunya. We usually chose to walk to Plaza Catalunya because the weather was so nice, but the metro is super close and quick. There is also a night bus that stops 1 block away.The hotel staff were very helpfull and the Hotel was close to the Rambla and not so far from the beach. location, comfort, staff very helpfull most of the time. Excellent location and good hotel. excellent location,very central metro stop just around the corner from hotel,very helpful and friendly staff,free internet use with printer available in lobby,modern decor and very clean hotel,mini supermarket 1 min from hotel,convieniently located just 4 metro stops away from ryanair bus drop off for girona flight, would highly recommend this hotel. There is a "restaurant" at hotel for breakfast which cost 11 euros extra.... not a good deal. There was no other food service at hotel and only coffee was in a machine. But there were plenty of cafes close by so not a big problem. A little noisy late evening as on crossroads and with bin collection.breakfast poor for money payed, we prefered to buy food in a supermarket near. Wood floors attractive but noisy. the room is to small. In the early morning i could listed to people of the room close to the one i occupied even if they were no very loud....but i mean..it is a E35/person/night. Lack of amenities in the room. Fridge and kettle. Double bed very small + on wheels, so it moved easily. Due to the wooden floor in the corridors you could hear whenever somebody was walking outside. You could also hear noise from other rooms.The late breakfast and their refusal to credit us for the breakfast we did not get.Also, their refusal to provide tea or coffee to our room at 6 AM. Just the glasses in the roonm weren t replaced from the 1st day to thesecond. Except that it is a very good hotel.a buzzer going off whenever somebody opened a door. Rooms rather small. Walls rather thin. Wooden floors very noisy . They could at least place a carpet on them. We got a room with "view" towards the interior of the building(no noise from the street though). If you plan to walk around the city the whole day (like we did) and only sleep in the hotel then its the perfect location. Otherwise choose another hotel or ask for a better room.no refrig,. no fridge in the room??pity. Noisy floor boards in corridors and no iron availabe in hotel. Some noise from adjacent rooms.they should put a fridge on the rooms!. too much noise from the adjacent rooms late in the night (until 1 a.m.). Hot water was barely lukewarm, internet was very slow, further than website suggested from centre (closest metro is Urgell)b. Too much noisy.I could hear noises from corridor and other rooms (particularly showers in the morning) very loudly. Noise from other guests carried easily through the hotel. in double room there was 2 separate beds with trolleys, brought together, that run apart, better would be big single bed. some senior staff were not very friendly. no. the walls are really thin, hotel owns two floors of an apartment building in which guests can hear the apt owners walking around above them. hotel cleaning staff was not quiet in the early hours of the morning.room service may be a good option!. Not good isolation of the rooms.to have a double room you have a very very small room with works outside.That's not a room for paying this price (less than 9 Square m). Not sound proof at all. You could hear everything form the other rooms. I mean everything.not able to get two single beds even though i had called ahead and asked. it was uncomfortable sleeping in the same bed as a freinds wife. More information regarding where the hotel is regarding public transport. the bed was not as comfortable as expected, no iron in the room.
