Very convenient and central location in a pedestrianised street at the top of La Rambla. Good breakfast (croissant, ensaimada, bread, cold meat, cheese, jam, fruit juice and plenty of coffee or other hot drink) in cafe immediately oppostite. Helpful staff. On last day we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel and use the facilities until our departure in the evening. Everything, we've had a great vacation . Claudio the hotel receptionist was very nice , friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.

Anyone staying here should realise that they are right in the centre of a 'buzzing' city and should expect a lot of noise!!!. double room was actually a twin (2 single beds). The price. the room is a bit small, but by considering the price, it is ok. dark room - very close to nearby building. No refrigerator, funny smell in the room if you forgot to leave the window open. Poor breakfast (bad coffee, piece of cheese, piece of ham, croissant, ensaimada, piece of white bread, butter, jam, small glass of artificial orange juice). It feels a bit overpriced because of breakfast, otherwise good. Not easy to find. The map needs to be more detailed.noise - due to central stair well - anyone talking loudly either at reception or on stairwell disturbed others as voices echoed. Not a problem during day - but is - early morning, or late at night.
