Nice and clean apartment, good location just behind the park and near to the cafes and small markets, well equipped , modern decoration, nice and helpful staff, reasonable conditions for late or early check in and check out, good to have a place to leave luggage in their office if you won't pay the up charge for early check in or late check out. For a family with young children, the set-up was perfect: children in their own room with bunk beds, parents in a separate double room downstairs. There was a very comfortable lounge, and all necessary facilities for self-catering. The location was amazing, and the arrangements for meeting up with staff worked very smoothly. Great!.

It was close, 15-20 min walk with children, to the beach (Port Olympic, a clean beach) but also close to the Ramblas, also a 15-20 min walk. We had a view of the park from our balcony. Everything was great! The modern design of the apartment was a very nice touch. The location was near many restaurants, close to the beach, and close to the underground. The staff in the office were so kind and helpful when we needed to store luggage!. The appartment is really nice. It is huge and has a great terrace. Location is superb - very close to the Gothic quarter, not far from the beach. Check in, check out process is very easy - all you need is a mobile phone to make a call on arrival. Great location in Born, opposite a beautiful park which our young children loved. Clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, well-equipped kitchen. Easy check- in, with the offices for key pick-up located in building next door. It was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Very modern design and well kept. The guy who met us gave detailed instructions on every single appliance in the whole apartment (wihout asking) and was extremely helpful. 5 - 10 Minute walk to the beach and port area, 5 - 10 minute walk to the bottom of Las Ramblas. Nice area, overlooking a park and plenty of small cafes and restaurants nearby. Loved Barcelona and the position of this apartment which was central for everything that we wanted to do. A bit expensive. Struggled at first to find it as the main entrance is not called by this name, maybe due to them not owning the whole block possibly. But once we had worked it out, it was fine as the guy turned up pretty quick. Nothing really !. N/A. The TV had no English speaking channels and as it rained all the time we were there this would have helped. We felt nickel-and-dimed by the check-in policy, "30 euro if you want to check in between..." and it wasn't like we came at 2am. What made it worse was the maid showed up and entered the apartment to start cleaning 15 min before our 11am check-out time while we were still there w/ our luggage and trying to enjoy the privacy of the water closet, if you know what I mean. I want 30 euro back for that!. Bathroom door was damaged by water and made noise which disturbed our baby. Bedroom door was didn't feet either and also made noise. Terribly difficult to take your stuff in the apartment cause there's no place for parking even for a minute. Nil. Washing machine didn't work. Didn't need it so didn't make any difference to us. The bad eather at the end of May.. Anyway we walked a lot to explore the city..:). No double bed!. Shower leaked & only other thing is instructions to appliances could have been more detailed in English... Photo of appliance with English instructions indicated by arrows would be more useful for those with little Spanish .. Me!. Leaking shower. Duvet in room upstairs not clean (someone's hair still on it: didn't use this. Suggest that duvet covers are used & changed. Otherwise excellent facilities.

Arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30. Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 40. Arrivals between 02:00 and 08:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 50. Early check-in is subject to prior request and can be confirmed only 1 day before your arrival. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for check-in between 08:00 and 13:00. Please note the apartments will be cleaned once a week. This includes a change of sheets and towels.
