The three of us – my parents and I- stayed at in a two-bedroom apartment on Casp street for four nights from Nov 3-8 and our overall experience was positive. The location was perfect – we could walk to all the key tourist attractions around El Born, to the city park, to Las Ramblas and to Passeig de Gracia. There were shops selling breakfast and groceries right downstairs, it was very convenient. If you enjoy running like I do, it’s lovely to run from the apartment to the seaside of Port Olympi.
all reviews » Location was fantastic and we were parents traveling with adult children. Very spacious with a lovely decor and ambience. Well appointed with full kitchen and laundry facilities plus en suites for both bedrooms. After a full day out it was lovely to come back to such comfort and spend the evening in. Greet and meet service plus a bonus was being able to arrange a late checkout and transport to the airport. A must in Barcelona. Lady who met us with the key very friendly and helpful. The apartment was modern and uncluttered but still maintained a more traditional feel. Lovely kitchen, comfy beds, and very spacious. The location was also great, walking distance to top of Las Ramblas & Gothic Quarter. Mini supermarkets, cafes & restaurants near by. We loved it. Elaine, Manchester. We had a late flight out and we could keepour bags at the apartment until we needed to leave. Excellent location and easy access to several metro stops. Large apartment with good amenities. Also stayed at HC Pasig de Gracia. Same price for 3 adults. Preferred Bcn 41 for the space. Again, excellent location!. I left behind an important item (medications etc) at the apartment and our host Ana was extremely helpful and quick in sending it on to our next destination. We were most grateful. Good response/service from Ana. Great beds (mattresses). All rooms very spacious including the balcony with good furnitures. Again in Barcelona I will check if available. Location, staff, apartment was great, new,clean, terrace. fantastic flat. We left the key inside the lock, but Ana solved the problem quickly even though she is out of city. Very efficiency and helpful! Thank you very much!. The only part that could have been improved was the lighting and ventilation in the smaller room, which we found to be too dark and stuffy. During our stay there was also some construction going on upstairs which was at times noisy. We also had some minor issues with the door lock which was old, but it was manageable once we got used to it. Occasionally could hear from apartment above. The heat was hard to control and needing four keys to get into the apartment was a bit confusing especially when one of the keys was very hard to use. Only one air conditioner. Small bedroom and kitchen were hot during July. Leaving. Extremely sparse, the atmosphere was a bit cold. The showers were extremely slippery with no handles, my elderly aunt could not bathe for fear of falling. Stingy with towels. Nothing. None. payment was took 2 days before we arrived without notice when it said no payment would be taken .
