There was a great air-condition and good to sleep. Thank god there wasn't fitted carped. Thank you! :). location, breakfast, and clean. location super. I booked 2 nights at this hotel: first night we were in 3 and second night we were in two. Very good we didnt have to change rooms.Close proximity to the harbor, metro and the famous las Ramblas. The room was nice and large, clean and quiet.

On last night, staff did nothing to quiet down a group of Italian teenagers who had just arrived, and made noise on our floor to 1:30 AM. size of room, breakfast is very basic don't wait for big spanish morning buffet-but there was bit of everything. Really small.crowded at breakfast and food had to be replenished several times. room basic, kitchen basic, no kettle so could not make a drink,no bedspread just sheets, but reception helpful. The night time security guards were very rude to my friend on the first night, I have never experienced this at a hotel before. crowded breakfast area. there was an unpleasent smell in the bath, they offered just a small quantity of shower gel. the first night we stayed in a very small room, with no balcony and 2 beds althoug I had asked for a double bed, but the next day they change it and the second was quite nice ; the breakfast was the same every day, is rather dull if you stay too much. Very uncomfortable bed.Very noisy cleaners. Bathroom smelt. The room we were first given was unacceptable. The bathroom floor was wet through with black water, evidently leaking from the base of the toilet. There was also a vile smell. Luckily, the room we were moved to was slightly better.cleanliness of the room, esp. bathroom. The room and breakfast quality was much lower then I expected for3* standard. No water is provided to drink in the room. Broken window furniture. Safe faulty. The room was directly above the kitchen/breakfast room. Banging and clattering started just after 6 in the mornings!!!!!. Very difficult to find. Very small room even though I paid extra for a triple room. Very basic.Allocated a twin room instead of a double as booked. Managers attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful. The lift broke on our arrival with 4 of our party inside. The air conditioning in our room did not work. We paid £310 for a twin room, friends travelling with us booked through a different company and paid £187. Very unhappy with the service or lack of it provided by hotel staff and letsbookhotel.com. everithing except of location. I stayed in triple room on the first floor. Lift was for one tiny person with small luggage. Room was ugly, I had feeling that I am staying in old hospital. Toilet, shower from last century. I wouldn’t stay there one again even if room was for free.
