The facilities were excellennt and certainly value for money. The staff provided excellent customer service. They responded promptly to e-mails and assisted whenever needed. The location is also great jus opposite Melrose Arch. All the staff from reception to security were very nice and friendly. They went out of their way to help. Enjoyed our stay. This is our second time and will come back for a third next year.
