Staff were very accomodating and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Secure parking. Staff very friendly and helpful - providing a cup of coffee in the morning. Courteous staff Decent sized room. Staff are friendly. Hotel probably for Locals. $2.00 Beers in the next door Bar. No tea / coffee making facility in rooms. No parking - I paid R150.00 for overnight stay at Melrose Arch Parking - plus having to walk the streets late at night with a laptop and other valuables. TV remote was only in chinese - very difficult to navigate and change channels - a printed graphic indicating simple buttons like 'menu' and 'exit' etc would be helpful.
