Completeness of the facilities - great rooms at a good price. The location of the hotel is perfect. Also, the ambience, I liked the trees around the hotel.We need to have good living space. The suite we had, had large bedrooms and living area's. The treatment I received from two receptionists on my arrival and the afternoon of Friday the 25th.easy location.

So it did look like it needed new carpets and a fresh coat of paint.We had large and heavy travel bags, found it difficult and frustrating transferring luggage without a luggage walkway.The fact that I was not informed that breakfast is served a street away before I paid for it and when I could not eat because of time constraints I was told that I could not get refund as it was part of the package. I asked what package as I booked for accommodation separately and I only paid for breakfast when I got there. very noisy (gautrain) and undergoing its own renovations. Construction across the street. slightly drap, in need of a face lift. Aircons not working. Could do with soundproofing. Breakfast very poor and expensive. There was a building site over the road, just outside my window, which operated 24 hours a day. I was woken by large trucks, men shouting at each other and other noises at 3am.The decor is tired and very '90's. It is obvious that the rooms were fitted to a high standard when the hotel was developed, and since then it has been allowed to fade. The foyer is fine but the rooms have chipped tiles, chipped cupboard doors, and just generally look like they need to be renovated and some money spent on them. The pilllows are the worst I have ever seen in a hotel room. The bathrooms are very old and the shower head wasn't working properly. They just maintain South African power sockets. No internet connectivity. The rate paid while construction is in progress. Room a bit dated. Need a more modern look. Price of room, quality of breakfast, nighttime noise. avoid coming to this place. food.
