The room is totally exceed our expectation, big, spacious, tea facility, with a comfortable corner in the room with sofa and table for chit- chatting. We are 3 adults, and 2 single beds and 1 double bed is provided. Staffs are really helpful, though some of them dont really speak English. They tried to understand and really tried to fulfill our request as much as they can. Value for money. Location is excellent. Very friendly, Excellent and helpful staff. Beautifully decorated rooms with interesting art décor.. Very tasty breakfast included in the price. Fancy and non expensive lunches and dinners. Very cozy, romantic pension. Highly recommended to all.
all reviews » Good value for money. We had a "junior suite", there were sauna in our apartment and it was included in price, breakfast was included in price, and was very nice. I can suggest this apartment to other travelers. We received the adequate room in pension Alzbetka. Very clean, nice friendly staff ready to help us. Close location to Aquacity and not too far away from the train station. Good value for money. If you like rustic atmosphere - you will enjoy it. The restaurant is recommended. Andrea was always helpful, patient and smiling even when she was very busy. The room was very comfortable - perfect for us. Staff very friendly and helpful and willing to do anything for you. Just a note, the room is booked via letsbookhotel.com for 3 persons with eur 50, but the hotel invoiced me for eur 55, and I remember eur 55 is the rate stated as in the sign board displayed in the hotel. I observed the difference after the trip, and thus no clarification was sought that time. However, as we had a very pleasant stay in the hotel, the eur 5 is paid with no complaint. There was no possibility of paying by credit cards. There were no any remarkable issues. We booked the rooms via letsbookhotel.com but the rooms were not available on site as the pension was fully booked. Not much space and comfort because of the inclined roof. Some noise from the nearby trains. Most staff not speak english, no english channel on tv. Thin wall, so I heard neighbour. There was a party in the backyard both evenings. The first one they informed us about and gave us dinner for free. The other one we didn`t hear anything about, and this was the most noysy one. Limited English spoken by the staff, except the owner. Bathroom from next room was very noisy. Situated very close, few meters by, tram and railway lines. Uncomfortable pilows. It is allowed to smoke in the bar. The staff talked only local language.
