- location right at the beach, 10mins drive from airport but far enough for the planes not disturbing you - friendly staff - large room and well equipped kitchen - enough parking spaces - price compared to quality Overall we were very satisfied, especially taking into account the price compared to other places at St. Maarten. We were there for the Heineken Regatta and the resort was only a 15 min. walk to the action. Facilities were excellent and the rooms were kept clean by a great housekeeping staff. Beautiful views from the point on Pelican Key with a nice beach and pool. It seemed like a safe area of town.

Also, loved Topper's Restaurant..great food,staff. Really enjoyed the ocean views and how convenient it was to have the beach right outside the door. The beach itself was awesome with great snorkeling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming friendly resort on two beautiful beaches. One lively and one a bit more quiet. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if in St Maarten. Rooms are excellent, fully furnished, kitchen in each room, you can easilly cook in the room. Very pleasent stay. Hotel just on the beach. Very nice staff. well maintained property onsite restaurant was great early check in pool and beach area are nice great happy hour free parking free internet. -good staff -activity desk -big rooms with all the equipment you need -nice beach in front of the hotel -car rental -supermarket very close. Activities staff were friendly and helpful. - absence of some broadwalk, or place to walk in the evening. when you left the hotel complex you were directly at narrow steep street with traffic. After spending alot of money-both the owner on their units and the rentors on their rental, they nickel and dime you on the use of a computer in the lobby. That left a bad feeling. Late check-in at 16 and too early check-out at 10. We had to wait about 40 min more to check in as rolm wasnt ready. So we checked in at 16.40 and its a bit annoying after flying 9hours. Guys in the reception were really nice and gave us voucher for dinner. The only good thing is that u can ask for a room for 30 min to have shower after your check out time. loud music at pool in afternoon while most people there were swimming, sleeping, or reading a book. -nothing. none. Our room wasn't cleaned after 1st night No renewal of coffee etc. Odor in the elevators...could you please spray the carpet with Febreeze or something similar to get rid of the smell in the carpet...maybe replace the carpet??. The few grouchy staff members. Had a bit of a timeshare feel to it. Not staying longer!. Nothing. Careful, the 20% taxes do not show on the booking at the time of reservation. It is shown in small print. I think they should provide housekeeping every day and replenishthe coffee every day. nothing. Nothing. Unit was not thoroughly cleaned - no information in room about facilities available on and off site - heavy paint fumes in the unit - patio furniture poorly maintained - entire resort had bathroom plumbing problems which we were not notified of - front desk seemed unconcerned about our complaints re problems in the unit..

Housekeeping is available for free only once per 7-night stays. It has an additional cost if guests need it daily. Please note that for reservation of more than 4 rooms booked special policies may apply and the guest must get in contact directly after the reservation with the hotel to arrange his stay.
