I love everything about Tanoa. Beautiful resort. Friendly staff. Amazingly clean. Also when I had made my booking everything went well. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in beautiful Samoa. The location was great - walking distance from the main part of Apia, the staff were typically really friendly and helpful, service was usually prompt, the rooms were nice - clean, air-conditioned and mostly fresh.

Loved it!. good location for business, friendly staff. very peaceful and relaxing. Central and quiet. The room was clean and pretty. Food is a bit expensive & not worth the money. Sometimes it was a little hard to communicate with staff, we always had to wait for the computer when checking in or out, and the pillows in the room we had on our first night smelled like sweat. *Your billing system is shocking! Human error in calculations is unacceptable and the Deck Bar till did not reflect the advertised menu price of a Sav Blanc. *Deck Bar closing too early! Most of us are 3 hours behind Samoan time and 11pm is really 8pm and not ready to leave a good environment for further business discussions or entertaining local guests *Menu could be changed slightly for variety to accommodate guests who stay there for more than a week. Nothing. The breakfast was an issue in terms of what was on offer as well as venue. I found the breakfast limited in its offering and the venue was small relative to the size of the hotel. It got very crowded very quickly at certain times and the service levels dropped off noticeably. No complaints. more training required for staff selection for breakfast limited. experienced some poor service from the food department, some items and services over priced and mainly some staff members very lazy, tired and sad looking. Room was not ready on Arrival at 1am it was not made up from previous guest and no other room was available on check in, very disappointing first impression of the hotel and Samoa the Air conditioner was leaking water inside the room and water had to be soaked up with towels to stop flooding . The food I ordered for room service was the worst i've ever had!! The springs in the mattress dug into my body all night specially my back... The most uncomfortable bed in a hotel that I have ever slept in. Very disappointing!!.
