  The staff was so welcoming, and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They got to know our names, and we knew theirs. We had everything we needed at the resort and didn't need to leave for anything. Quiet are, most staff very friendly. Air conditioning was great and efficient. The rooms are very good size. And the staff does not constantly bother their guests like other hotels' staff do.
