The staff was so welcoming, and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They got to know our names, and we knew theirs. We had everything we needed at the resort and didn't need to leave for anything. We treated ourselves a bit with this trip and it paid off. Attention to detail, decor of rooms, privacy, food, views..everything!!. We paid a bit more for the couples massage with Champagne on "Rock Maison" and the experience was great, although not as private as we were led to believe. But after the massages started we didn't really care so much.
