  The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming,always with a smile. Very good breakfast. Really couldn't have been more central for the main sites.   Sergey was awesome!! I don't speak Russian so we had to use our phones to communicate, he does know some English which is helpful. I have stayed in several countries, hotels and hostels, I would have to say Sergey is the nicest staff member I have met.   Location. I hear that hotels are pretty expensive in that part of town, so I appreciated the location for the price. It was good for a solo traveler - I wouldn't book it if I came with my wife and son, but it served my purpose of a cheap place to crash each night in the middle of everything. Other reviews complained about the noise and the lack of... what people say » WiFi, but I didn't have any problems with either during my stay (may have been the location of my room in the hotel). - Very very close to metro station (direct metro from bus station from airport) very very close to red square, balsoi theatre and the city center for club people - there are 3 clubs downstairs - 2 with dj music and one with live rock music we could sleep very well despite those clubs (anyway the party there went on till at least 9 pm :)) helpful staff and big bed and room
