The rooms were new, modern and large. Our family had 3 rooms. Th air conditioner worked well only in one room, but the comfort was excellent. We would leave for breakfast downstairs (included in the room price and an excellent variety of food and drinks) and leave the "make up room" sign on the door. 30 minutes later when we returned the room was made...3 days in a row without variability!!!.

Breakfast selection was good enough (although I wasn't a fan of warm milk for my cereal - apparently that's how they eat cereal). Less smell of tobaco smoke in the non-smoking room in comparison to other hotels I stayed in Romania. good standard, quiet rooms, clean. Air conditioners on very hot days (35 C and above) are a little lazy....but it's the case in all of Europe. some low keyed music in the breakfast room would make it more friendly but that is a helpful hint not a criticism. The room was a bit too warm. The air conditioned didn't work. In Eastern countries bedclothes are too short for western people...I would like them to add a coffee maker in the room and larger variety for breakfast. The glass roof of the stairs,in sunny days it is unpleasant. the breakfast was very limited. 1. The bed was too hard for me. 2. The bathroom should have hooks on the door or wall to allow hanging of clothes or pajamas. Where would these be otherwise while you are taking a shower ? Are you supposed to enter naked in the bathroom ?. service. The breakfast was typical and OK, but not up to the standard of a four star hotel. The air conditioning in the public areas was not adequate, probably because of the extensive use of glass walls.Perhaps some pay per view movies. A coffee maker and an iron and ironing board in the room would also have been nice. There was no lotion provided or any tissues.water pressure shower was to low. One of the hotel staff was a bit rude to my colleque who reported a problem with the toilet not flushing. His response what "it is 8:00pm already and I cannot get anyone to fix the problem...". I would have expected a bit more caring approach even if they could not get help, just investigate the problem or offer to move the gues to another room.!.
