Friendly staff, good breakfast! The hotel is centrally located - everything is within walking distance. Big parking lot infront of the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, AC works silently and very good, bathroom well equipped. Can't beat the location. Right in the city center. Everything in the right order and very clean. Nice breakfast as well. Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I will stay again during my next trip to Timisoara.

Some rooms are on side to the main road and early in the morning start heavy traffic. Air-condition was down and room heated up over night to 27 Celsius. Would have been acceptable if it was pointed out. Amenities in bathroom were not restocked on second day. is possible to cook water in the room, however some Tee is meesed. It would be very good if next time I have the possible to cook a Tee. small bathroom. Breakfast doesn't deserve 4*. Ibis has a better variety. Small and crowded parking. Car got a small scratch over the night. Parking stuff not so friendly. It was impossible to switch off the healing system, not only our room, but in our friends room as well. By the morning the room tempreture reached the 27 Celsius. no balcony; not perfectlly clean room;. rather poor breakfast - many items were missing each morning and not replaced, quite expensive for the city. Otel has cattle but there is no cafee and tea They don't have room service Breakfast is poor. If you are planning to sleep longer in the morning, no chance as the hotel personnel is very noisy... The bathrobe didn't have a strap, therefore useless... You could feel the smell of food in the room and wasn't easy to get rid of this... not very pleasant... No body lotion. not too much currency change option. The room had 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double. The room had only 1 cup for coffee while we were 2 people which was not changed during cleaning along with the tall drinking glasses. The hotel airport shuttle was not available at all as someone booked it for the whole day for personal use (which means it is not actual shuttle service). Noisy music from restoran untill late night. No city map in hotel. There is a little problem with Internet connection. No Welness. The beds were not very comfortable. Quality of wi-fi in room 715. It was not available and not comfortable to use Internet in lobby. Wireless internet was not available as described. - no wifi in our room, asked 3 times but still didn`t work and we really needed it - balance in bathroom did not work - on the hotel`s website they say that they have a spa but when we arrived and asked for it they said it was under construction.
