This hotel is very good value for money and the location is great as well. You are 10 -15 min walking from the City Center and few minutes from the train station. The staff is friendly and very happy to assist you in any matter or if you have a special request, they will look after you. Is one of the best deals that you can get in the City Center. Multumesc foarte mult. Good location (800m from the Cathedral in Piata Operei). Hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to main attractions and city Center. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Helpful and friendly staff. 'A la carte' breakfast with 6 predefined menus to suit pretty much everybody.
all reviews » Well placed near the railway station and only about 15 minutes walk away from the city centre. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are very obliging and were willing to get up early to unlock the front-door when I left. The staff were very pleasant and they were waiting for me even though I arrived very late on the train. It is an easy walk to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the city center. The hotel is good value for the money. Everything was fine: very clean, very nice breakfast (they have 6 different breakfast to choose), quite cheep and nice location ( 7min to to trainstation, 15min to city by foot). It's 10 min from the center, realy nice and helpful staff, good breakfast and good value for money. The hotel is located near the main train station, good for an early morning departure. Near Gara de Nord. Fairly new hotel. The food in the restaurant was good and cheap. I enjoy the clean air of the city. Every where you go you will find a park. Easy walk with wheeled cases from the train staion Timisoara nord. Food was very good and most of the staff were very helpful. Convenient for train station. - The hotel is close to the city center - comfortable bed - extensive breakfast (included in the price) - dear staff - air conditioner - free wi-fi. Good location not far from station - also town not too far away. All good, there wasn't something that I didn't like. Room got a bit cold overnight. I guess the heat was turned off at some point. We set the heater for 25 c and in the morning there were 20 c which is a bit cold for us. No drapes/curtains/blindfolds for the windows so the room gets very bright once with the sunrise. No deal- breakers though! Would recommend the stay. Although it didn't bother me others might be put off by the location. I seemed to be the only guest there for the second night of my stay in Timisoara which felt very strange. However, given that this was outside the tourist season that wasn't really a suprise. We liked everything!. The hotel was difficult to find at night since it is in an industrial area with bad sidewalks. No Internet connection in the room. No proper place to use the Internet in the lobby. The small table that was available was also used as a smoking table for the staff. A vast number of churchs. No local tourist map available either at the Casa Palace or anywhere else that I could find. Could not print an article I needed. Difficult to find at night. - smudge marks on the walls of the room - the ceiling soaked several places - air conditioning turn off at night is meaningless, Due to the receptionist, The result is that the previously comfortable room temperature, increased on 27-28 degrees (end of june). Awful views of post industrial demolition behind hotel!.
