+ Large room, well furnished + Friendly staff + Indoor swimming pool, warm water. A pleasure to relax there. + Lebanese restaurant, nice food, nice service. + Very good value for money by using letsbookhotel.com. Prices at the reception were twice as high. The beautiful decoration , elegant and relaxing, the very nice view from the terrace. At the front desk, I would like to mention the very kind and friendly service of the young Lady - Antonia. I would go back to this Hotel with pleasure, anytime .

Size of rooms, heating in the rooms works unless you have a suite and close the door between rooms-it is obvious the thermostate will control then only one room ... Massage lady!! The bed, room design overall the bathroom (big room, big and comfortable bathtub) the view from the balcony the big and wooden balcony. The staff is awesome and they have helped me with all the needed requirements. Its not a real 5 star hotel but a 4 star it can be rated. Hotel is very nice, the pool and jacuzzi was great!!! The breakfast was very good and diversificate.The room was romantic... Location fantastic views. Staff helpfull, we were upgraded free of charge. For us,overall, good value for money... Can't cover the windows totally with the courtains, daylight awakes you. No home baked arabic bread in restaurant (they used to have). Now they serve you thin arabic bread from supermarket. Overall feeling :I believe it is not a 5 star property as they claim, but is OK for 4 stars. Too much disinfectant in the pool The restaurant (a 3-star restaurant in a 5-star hotel!!) the bathtub spilling water on the floor. The Tv's should be replaced with newer ones and also the channel grid is very poor. The mattress was very uncomfortable...In my opinion it's not there yet for a five star hotel. The windows in the room were not clean, there was a problem with the toilet flusher, the liquid soap thing was not working. breakfast ffff saracacios!. decent breakfast, could have been better. This is advertised as a 5 star resort, it is not! It would be a 3 star if it was maintained, but it is not. The jacuzzi was full if green water, there were leaks in the bathroom. The elevator buttons were falling if the wall. They hadn't even removed the decorations from Christmas yet, and it was June!. No air conditioner . Owner was smokeing sisha next to our dinner table. This wad bad after swimming pool is dirty. Sauna is dirty jucussie is dirty pleaes if u likd your money book ioana hotel its a 5 star you will get 5 star tretment.
