The accommodation was just excellent. We enjoyed the quiet location of the hotel (off DN1), the impeccably clean and spacious room, the large windows and plentiful bathroom toiletries. The common spaces and SPA facilities were very well-kept. The restaurant and bar (and terrace) downstairs were very nice. All in all, a very pleasant experience . The ambiance was really inviting and we felt like we were welcomed since we stepped into the hotel. Great value for money, the 'Miorita' restaurant inside the hotel is amazing, great value as well, amazing food. Staff were great, especially Mr. Eugen who was always joyful and he made our day since breakfast time. Couldn't wish for more .
all reviews » The hotel has a very good location with an excellent mountain view, has a very good traditioinal romanian restaurant called "Miorita". The rooms are fairly large,very clean and confortable. All room conditions according with the expectations (maybe more than expected...). Swimming pool: good, with warm enough water (28 degrees). Hotel placed in quiet region. Nicely renovated and maintained rooms. Warm, relaxing spa, rich breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. It's clean, has all the facilities you need: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, nice staff and a beautiful view. Good breakfast also. The hotel is away from main street therefor is quiet. You have a good view over the mountains and forest trails are nearby. A very good hotel with nice rooms, SPA, restaurant and bar. Parking available. Everything was excellent. The dust off the coffee table in our room was never wiped during our 5 day stay. The level of the music of the restaurant was high,even late in the night. small balcony. We wanted to do a massage only with a woman and they had only men. The SPA services are too poor. Everything was booked. spa area very crowded during weekends; awkward functioning of the lifts - you press a button to go up and you go down if there was a command on a floor bellow you. cleaning in the room and floor. Poor breakfast and extremely expensive restaurant.
