I had a superior room and i can tell everything was perfect. Big room with sea view, bath was big enough. I saw a lot of people complaining about the fact is no breakfast in the price i can say is better without because we warn't able to wake up so early to have it. Location was excellent, directly on the beach.really good value for the money. Really good food on the restaurant. I've been staying at Bueno a few weekends per year for the past 3 years. Location is perfect, right on the beach. Lots of restaurants and small convenience stores around. Very clean, bathroom is spotless clean. Well maintained. Furniture is sturdy and clean. Has a safe which is great. Free Wifi.
all reviews » This hotel is a small one but really nice. I would recommend the superior rooms as they have a decent size. The rooms are nicely equipped, bed is comfortable and the view is great. Hotel is on the beach and this is very convenient. We will definitely come back as we had a great time. The hotel is basically on the beach. It's very clean and the food is great. The seif was locked when we got into the room but a staff member opened it in 5 min after we called. I couldn't have been more happier with all the services provided. A rather small and very clean hotel which is situated next to the beach. They have a very good and popular restaurant. Parking is possible for free and next to the hotel. In the restaurant we wait a liitle bit to long for the food in one night but it was a saturday night and they had a lot clients. And as a sugestion maybe you can have a contract with the beach manager for free beach beds (will be nice to have it). They should offer breakfast in the room fee since they have a restaurant on the premises. The bed sheets were not changed in a 6 day stay and the carpets were not vacuumed during our stay. The only negative I would say it was the sea water which had quite a bit of algae in the period when we went. Impossible to sit in a comfortable way on the toilet seat in the bathroom we had. - poor & random WiFi connection - small parking - toilet seat position. -in a superior room it was dampness and humidity. The staff was a little bored. The first room we were assigned had a strong foul smell of sewer, coming from the bathroom. Upon request we got a better room (free upgrade). Here the sewer smell was limited to the bathroom, but the room was moldy - unsurprisingly, since the AC was not cooling. The door lock did not work. Overall unpleasant feeling of improvised, low quality construction. No pool No free breakfast No body lotion and conditioner in the bathroom. Nothing. camera mica dar ok pe o perioada scurta.
